The boring one from Amouage? Not at all!
Once again I ordered a fragrance of Amouage blind. It has become Reflection Man and I had been skeptical at first, because the opinions about Reflection Man are really divergent. After 2 days of pondering how Relfection Man would smell, it finally arrived. As always, the packaging and bottle of Amouage is a dream in my eyes, simply beautiful to look at and timeless. Unlike Interlude, Reflection Man is made in Oman and not made in the UK, which appeals to me in a positive way.
After the unpacking came finally the smell test. For a moment I thought this looks familiar. Unfortunately I can't tell you how I have smelled this scent before. Is that the smell of Le Male? I don't know anyway.
After about 15 minutes, the fragrance really develops a light, non-intrusive, fresh scent with slightly woody notes. I could not perceive rosemary. I think you can wear Reflection Man very well in every season and occasion. Because it was unfortunately also very hot yesterday, the scent test was perhaps a little bit I say misleading. As soon as it is cooler I will test Reflection Man again intensively. I still perceived the scent very well after 4 hours.
My conclusion: a good, quite strong all-rounder from Amouage, with the oriental flair, which is captivating if you like oriental fragrances. I would buy it again and again, because you can get it already quite cheap online

The best of BVLGARI
Bvlgari Man in Black is definitely the best Bvlgari has to offer. Since one year I wear it now regularly 1-2 times a week, to actually each cause or season (not with 30°). The scent itself is really nice and spicy-masculine but not too exaggerated.
After I quickly emptied the 30ml bottle, I had to buy the 100ml bottle, which is really great in the collection. Unfortunately the sprayer of the 30ml bottle was not so great after a while, even the tester at Douglas had problems with the spray head. But with the 100ml bottle this is no problem anymore. What I find negative is that I can't see the fill level of the bottle
I find the durability and silage really outstanding for a quite "cheap" fragrance. As long as Bvlgari doesn't discontinue the fragrance, I will buy it again and again

The opening Haribo Liquorice Slug...
The opening of Wood Intense by Raghba is in my eyes an open bag of Haribo liquorice snails. The strong liquorice scent disappears very quickly and a really great light liquorice scent with caramelized spices, which are slightly underlined with wood.
Wood Intense takes an hour to ignite. After about an hour it is very pleasant and as an allday fragrance good to wear, who wants to and also likes oriental fragrances
Once again, I'm very enthusiastic about such a cheap fragrance.
Flacon and outer packaging are also quite well done, so that you can put the fragrance in your collection with pleasure
Since I have only been working with oriental fragrances for a few months now, I don't want to go too far out of the window with my evaluation. Nevertheless, I can really only recommend it.

Extremely positively surprised...Divided opinion.....
Today the Midnight Oud finally arrived. The bottle and packaging is very similar to Amouage Interlude, which I also own.
While testing I sprayed Interlude on the left and Midnight Oud on the right. The opening of Midnight Oud is for me 95% like Interlude. The fragrance develops temporally in the same way, although Midnight Oud is not quite as intense, although this can sometimes be an advantage. After 4 hours the Midnight Oud weakens a little more than the Interlude. Even after showering I could still perceive the Midnight Oud very well.
I didn't think Midnight Oud would be so well connected to the Interlude. For the price, it's certainly worth considering.
I would buy it over and over again, but the original remains for me on the first place. Price or no price, it's just a knockoff.

If it weren't for durability....
DOLCE&GABBANA The One is one of the first fragrances I was allowed to put in my collection. From the very beginning I was enthusiastic about The One, it is wonderfully spicy and woody sweet with a slight freshness that I can perceive. I chose the Eau de Tiolette version, which was a little sweeter and more pleasant for me at the time. Today I would rather go for the Eau de Parfum version.
Unfortunately, there's still the problem of durability, if it were much better, I would pay double for The One. Unfortunately the scent experience is only of short duration, about 3-4 hours. After that it is not really noticeable. The design of the bottle and the outer packaging are very well done for me. Because of the durability, I would buy The One again and again in the sale. The fragrance makes up for it somewhere, the problem with the shelf life
Can anyone else recommend me a good alternative, which is already similar to The One but lasts longer?
