A delightfully authentic peach smell, like a fresh-cut whole peach whose exposed flesh is gently rubbed with coarse sugar. Juicy, a taste of the fuzzy skin, and lightly sweetened but not quite candied. It's a shame it doesn't have better performance....

The lavender top adds a faint hint of herbal freshness to the opening but this is, as most Jo Malones, all about the eponymous notes. The myrrh is quite medicinal with just a hint of spice, while the tonka brings more mild undertones of hay and dry tobacco...
