A delightfully authentic peach smell, like a fresh-cut whole peach whose exposed flesh is gently rubbed with coarse sugar. Juicy, a taste of the fuzzy skin, and lightly sweetened but not quite candied. It's a shame it doesn't have better performance. Soft projection for 2-3hr, longevity 4-5hr.

Why do I have to write at least 300 characters for a Review or get told to write a Statement, yet a Statement only contains 140 characters? I guess anything in the 141-299 character range exists in limbo, or I just have to write sarcastic sentences about this silly restriction and the accompanying warning.

The lavender top adds a faint hint of herbal freshness to the opening but this is, as most Jo Malones, all about the eponymous notes. The myrrh is quite medicinal with just a hint of spice, while the tonka brings more mild undertones of hay and dry tobacco leaf. Marrying the two is a healthy dose of creamy vanilla making for a warm, sweet balsamic amber-vanilla scent. Moderate projection for 3-5hr, longevity 8-10hr.

Well, does it smell like whisky and oud? Sure does. A sour, animalic oud doused in whisky. I find it mildly powdery with a faint hint of sweetness. Thoroughly unpleasant to my tastes, as I love neither sour oud nor whisky, but definite truth in advertising here. It also has a strong leather accord running through it, along with other woods in the base. Moderately strong projection for 2-3hr, longevity 10-12hr.

A rich, herbal lavender bomb given a healthy sprinkling of earthy black pepper and other spices, sitting atop a cedar base. The lavender has a sort of lemony fresh polish to it, likely the elemi in the official fragrance pyramid, well balanced by the warmth of the spices. Moderately soft projection for 2-3hr, longevity 8-10hr.

Really highlights the beautiful and soothing nature of lavender, with minimal interference, in a way that few other perfumes do.

An authentic, in-your-face tuberose. What makes this one different from others is it prominently features the stem, giving it a very green herbal undertone beneath the creamy white floral heart. It's mildly sweet, with tiny bits of fresh lavender and cardamom mixed in. The herbaceousness lends a sort of roughness that IMO makes this rather more unisex than most white floral scents. Strong projection for 3-5hr, longevity 12hr+.

It meets the expectations of a true Extrait flanker. The scent profile remains more or less identical to the EDP, just a smidge richer and fuller in addition to improved performance.
