A sparkling, effervescent cardamom dominates the opening, with undertones of the other notes. Baser notes come in stronger over time as expected. All in all, it's warm spices held together by a woody amber backbone and given a spritz of citrus. A lovely fragrance reminiscent of a freshly prepared Christmas dinner. Honestly, it reminds me a lot of Spicebomb Extreme but just a smidge brighter and fresher that makes it more complex and perhaps also more versatile. Is it better? Sure. Is it five times better, which is the relative price by volume? Probably not. Did that stop me from making Starlight my first niche purchase? Sure didn't!

Performance is monstrous. I get hints of this in the air up to 8hr after spraying just twice behind my ears and 10-12hr longevity.

On paper, there's a very clear progression through the "mojito" top notes down through the mid and base but everything wonderfully blends together at once on skin. Very green and aromatic, slightly woody with a gentle hint of the top notes overlaying the baser notes. Projection stays close to skin but gives off a very pleasant, mature aura. Versatile, sophisticated, masculine fragrance that punches far above its weight.
