A "flight out
For a long time I have been looking for him, have "watched" him, have "crept" around him, the 51 Pour Homme....
But why exactly the 51 PH? I can not say exactly...
I like many creations of Roja Dove so really really like and some of his masterpieces enrich my collection, about which I am very happy and grateful.... For me, many fragrances from Roja Dove are simply art - DOT.

But back to my weird "obsession" to 51 PH:
Again and again I looked at the fragrance notes and imagined how he may well smell in reality.... Thanks to Parfumo I also got a few impressions through the comments and statements of the community, but the fragrance perception is still always very different and personal....

Do you know this? You have this fragrance constantly in mind and wonder how it may be and you just want to have him like, even if you do not know how he then really smells and whether he then also like... (This could also be called addiction, but we leave that here but better just stay ;-P

For months I "tigerte" around the fragrance, considered me to order the Heritage version directly from Roja Dove, or wait and see if a flacon appears in the souk....

After weeks and months of looking and thinking, I finally decided to order the 51 PH Heritage directly from Roja Dove.... (According to the fragrance pyramid, the 51 PH perfume version of 2017 and the Heritage version have the same structure - could someone test both..? What are the differences?)

The ordering finger was quick and bang - it was done!
A feeling of joy came over me, of course I also wondered, "what if I don't like him so much?" Not that this would have been my first blind purchase, but because I had thought so long about the fragrance and imagined him, I was all the more curious...

Well, the excitement was there and I could hardly wait to finally have 51 PH Heritage in the mailbox....

When 51 PH Heritage had actually arrived after 10 days with me and I had taken him out of his packaging, I was super-happy and of course full of excitement...

One-two-three, eyes closed and sprayed once:
51 PHH opens with tangy citrus notes, accompanied by a delicately sweet lavender, not herbaceous or omahaft.... rather something "fresh-soapy"...
-A flight of the senses... the fragrance acts in the opening bright, fresh and open....

Immediately thereafter follow soft floral tones - surrounded by delicate spices and a hint of sweetness....
Ambrette I can recognize well, vanilla, as well as benzoin and a touch of oud....
-The fragrance gets a bit "darker" here ... He starts bright and fresh, then becomes increasingly darker and mystical - very exciting....

In addition, later come resinous-earthy tones, fine woods and a touch of leather...
-The fragrance drifts a little more, we still a little darker and earthier...

For me, the 51 PH Heritage is like a "flight out":
...one starts fresh, takes off, floats over mountains and valleys, high out.... then it goes a little deeper, past flowery meadows, through deep forests, the earth swirls up, it goes into a dark cave, it smells earthy dark, mystical and enchanted... again out of the cave, it's evening, brakes here the flight something, it all happens very slowly, you no longer floats, you run now... slowly ahead - from far away you recognize a paddock with horses - the leather saddles ready .... - you recognize it, but it is far away... one lies down on the ground and lets oneself sink into thoughts, looks into the sky, the sparkling stars, until the Aus-Fug ends here....

A rather complex fragrance with so many facets!

In the Heritage version, you could leave out the "pour Homme" in my opinion, because I think the fragrance is absolutely unisex...

"Cleany-Freshness" without Thai oud...
With a very nice perfume I made a great swap and got Mutheer, thank you very much at this point :-)
The scent pyramid sounds very interesting: fresh, rosy with Thai oud... i'm curious... and off we go:

Mutheer starts off intense, sweet-saffron - almost squeaky "plastic" - with a touch of "swimming pool cleanness"....
Yes, although saffron is not listed, I clearly perceive saffron and not too little of it.... (if you don't like saffron, keep your hands off)... Depending on the type of saffron and mixture with the other ingredients, saffron can smell dry and spicy, sweet, "chlorine-clean" or slightly "plastic"... Well, I for my part like all kinds of saffron, which is why Mutheer was really into me right from the first minute :-)
My feeling of a "saffron start" lasts for a good while and is later accompanied by a tangy bergamot, a kind of "cleany-freshness"..

After a while I notice fine roses that gently nestle against the saffron.... The Saffron-Bergamot-Rose Trio lasts a long time and is very good on my skin.... According to my friend, he perceives the scent very well when I whirl around him "at a distance" or when he enters the room where I am or was ;-)

Arriving at the base, the fragrance is gently underlaid with a woody note, which I attribute to the listed "woody notes" - and not to the Thai oud. Because I miss any trace of this in Mutheer... Very sad....

So Mutheer stays like this for several hours until he finally becomes tame and close to the skin...

Although I miss the Thai Oud here, I think Mutheer is absolutely successful, even if I would have wished for a bit of messing around in the base ;-)
In my opinion Mutheer is a very feminine fragrance, which is smartly dosed, suitable for everyday use and suitable for the office.

Association: "dirty fizzy drink powder"
For a long time I have been looking forward to the new collection of Areej le Doré... When the preorder was done (which wasn't easy at all, because the site collapsed again and again) and I got over the waiting time, it was finally done and I was allowed to add the new collection to my collection...

I was so excited to see what Musk Lave would smell like... Lavender in scents is not always easy for my nose, but let's see...

A good sprayer up on your arm and off you go:

WOW, a proper load of bergamot - fresh, tangy, intense and in the top note here absolutely great ...
Added to this is an amazingly soft lavender, light, soft purple, young and also fresh...
My association (Attention: not meant negatively): Fizzy Shower Powder !!

My nose really compared this with effervescent sherbet powder and for me there is really something to it.... --> yeah, just counter it ;-))

Later the fragrance takes on a softly animalistic touch, which becomes more intense with time... the deer musk lives up to its name and gives the fragrance a wonderful "dirtiness" - in combination with a fine powdery iris note - the fragrance envelops you with a "dirty" powder, "dirty powder" so to speak ;-)

So Musk Lave remains a decent time on my skin until later something soft-earthy and creamy-woody is added: The base is reached.... A completely successful fragrance for me, which I have never smelled before... not commonplace and for me an absolutely unique fragrance with the unmistakable signature of Russian Adam....

The more I wear it, the more I don't want to give it up... for me one of the best fragrances in my collection :-)
If you want to "get rid of" your flacon, please contact me ;-))

Surprise package....
I was already quite curious about Santal Galore...
I know the "smell" of the durian fruit and that is not exactly "cheerful".... those who know the fruit, know what I mean ;-)

When the ALD package had finally arrived at me and I Santal Galore I took out of the wonderful wooden box, the excitement was enormous...

Sprayed on, comes to me a for me quite fruity-smoky fragrance....
This gentle smoke but quickly lays down and it remains a sweet fruitiness with slightly bitter features back.... very special and absolutely not 0/8/15....

In the next moment comes with me a wonderful and delicate rose... delicate, young, somehow fresh and yet juicy-fleshy and sublime.... Also a touch of jasmine is to catch....

...A fine sandal accompanies the fragrance and gives it support and fullness....

In the later course joins a delicate "dirtiness", which I attribute to the deer musk.... The fragrance, however, never seems indecent or provocative.....

Santal Galore is a "rather restrained" fragrance for me, even though it forms a delicately fragrant aura around me for a long time....

Santal Galore is for me somehow fruity-floral-dirty.... The ALD DNA is literally tangible....

In my opinion, Santal Galore - despite extrait concentration - is not "too" strong, that is, the sillage is rather in the "normal" range, no monster... the durability is with me but still good at about 10 hours.... if rather gently towards the end...

On the whole, Santal Galore has surprised me yet very much (positive, mind you) and I find the fragrance or its uniqueness great class....
I like fragrances that challenge me a bit and Santal Galore is such a fragrance for me, therefore for the fragrance 9.5 :-)

The heartbreaker...
Walimah is one of my absolute favourite fragrances, which has been...
Why did it take me so long to write a comment? Well, Walimah is not exactly the "simplest" fragrance, no, Walimah is rather highly complex.....

Walimah was created in 2018 and we met at the beginning of 2019 - at that time Walimah came to me as a rehearsal... The sample or rather the inside of the sample had a strong orange-brown colouring and the content looked somehow viscous and sticky...

...so I lifted the small cap of the sample and smelled the atomizer: "Wow, that smells kind of hot, almost like pee" it shot through my head... Unintimidated I let Walimah sit on my arm and sprayed 1 time on it...

Walimah opens its beauty with a wonderful delicate magnolia, soft, gentle, floral - closely followed by strong Bengali oud, which is slightly animalistic, just the way I like it...

The oud is powerful, but it is beautifully matched to the magnolia... The oud is surrounded by gentle bitterness, fine spice and balsamic tones...

Later in the course the deer musk is added, which had reminded me a little bit of pee when sniffing the atomizer But the deer musk is used here very skilfully, just so that it is not too much and does not make the fragrance "hard"-animalistic...

I for one would say that Walimah is a delicately animalistic-floral-spicy heartbreaker... Heartbreaker because he is no longer - or very hard to get - available...

I could wear Walimah every day, for me it is always suitable, but it is somehow much too bad if it is no longer there... So I handle my treasure sparingly and just wear it when I need it (like right now ;-)

For all those who like it a bit animalistic, I can only recommend a test - but watch out - Walimah is a heartbreaker, you'll see
