On a bad day, it smells like Samsara with toothpaste. On a good day, it's like a cool, sweet and fresh drink with citrus, mint and vanilla.



Deep, juicy, wine-like rose-patchouli chypre. A fine specimen of its genre, but you must like patchouli to enjoy this, and sadly I do not.

From memory: a fresh, 70s-style aldehyde-rose-woody chypre à la Calandre and En Avril un soir.


I expected a dark rose on a heavy base, but found instead a very light, fresh pink rose. I'm surprised they made this back in 1949.
