Orange Blossom Bomb
Sweet, sweeter, L'eclat! I love the original, and was looking for a suitable flanker for summer. Many reviews described L'eclat as more citrusy, fruity and fresh. That sounded exactly what I was looking for. I still wavered between the edt and the edp, but then decided for the edp, because I just love perfumes with very good shelf life.

The name fits like a glove, because it is actually a small Eclat when you spray it on for the first time. He just bubbles over with sweetness! He is sweet, felt the sweetest fragrance in my collection and for me almost too much. So much that I can't wear it in spring and summer, it gets too stuffy for me. A little sad about it, I then put it in my closet to test it again in cooler weather and give it another chance.

Don't get me wrong, the scent is really nice, but it's very different than I had imagined. Definitely not citrusy to me, although it does have a slight freshness when sprayed on. But the orange blossom! That really blew me away at first. It really jumps out at you. At the beginning there is a slightly pungent note, which you have to get over or see first... Because that keeps with me also still quite long.

The fragrance is very present and much sweeter than the original. Eclat has nothing in common with the original m.M. after, but is a completely independent fragrance. This may please many, especially those who do not like LVEB, I had actually but something else expected.

Well, today I wore it again and must say that I still find it very powerful, especially in the beginning, but now get along better with it and that is definitely related to the cooler weather with me. When I wore it today, I felt comfortable with it, feminine and I could notice it throughout the day.

Before writing my own review, I was browsing the forums and discovered that many are reminded of JPG fragrances when it comes to Eclat and when I saw that, scales fell from my eyes! It's definitely that very present, super sweet orange blossom or sweetness that you find in JPG as well. You have to like that of course, for me it's actually a bit too much of a good thing sometimes.
I can also definitely understand the comparisons to Alien. Both have the same presence & fill a room.

Longevity & sillage are very good. The scent is very sweet, very "perfumey". A bit the fragrance reminds me of a classy department store or perfumery, where all kinds of scents mix together.
At the same time, it is very elegant, very feminine, you definitely stand out with it. My husband found him spontaneously really great, while I still had to sort ?

I have to say that I like it better now than I did at first, but I will use it up in autumn/winter, I wouldn't recommend it for warmer weather. I find the fragrance beautiful I am also still not sure if the fragrance fits me 100%. Would I buy it again? I don't think so, because it's a bit too sweet/pungent for me & too far away from the original.

Strawberry musk bomb
Boy, oh boy, did I not expect this! What a strawberry musk bomb! What a sillage!

For a long time I've been lurking around Burberry Her, because something has so extremely piqued my interest, although I Burberry as a perfume house never had so on the screen.
A friend once had Burberry Body and has that hot and dearly loved. I still remember that I tested it myself while shopping times, but no longer how I found it.

But back to Her. Maybe it was the whole Baccarat rouge discussion (I can not say anything about it because I do not know Baccarat), which aroused my interest, maybe also the desire to try a perfume with strawberry, of which I was actually convinced that this can not be mine (too artificial, childish, cheapo smelling). Maybe it was also the minimalist flacon.

What I have not read everything about Her: medical smelling like cough syrup, super artificial, cardboard sweet, playdoh / dough moderate, bubble gum, only for young girls, poor durability.

All that taken into account, it was certainly a risky and quite brave blind purchase. But the curiosity was so great & the have want effect maximally achieved.

With a bit of jitters I sprayed me so two sprays on the wrist. The strawberry, which came to me there, I liked contrary to expectation immediately. It is in my opinion neither too sweet, nor too artificial. Maybe a little bit synthetic, but not much and for me also really not disturbing. Also pappig sweet I do not find them.

What strikes with me really strong is after a short time the musk. I did not expect that at all. I had actually hoped for more a creamy strawberry-berry-cream flatterer.

And what a sillage these two sprays had, unbelievable. Normally my skin just eats up perfumes, not with Her.
With this strawberry musk bomb I went shopping then first. Through jacket and mask I got whiffs again and again, which rose to my nose. I did not expect that either and I am as surprised as positively taken.

As I said, the musk strikes through with me without end. At most, the violet joins very lightly and makes everything on my skin quite powdery. Here I also get the playdoh vibes I was afraid of. And I mean that in the most positive way possible. Because I also like this unexpectedly well.
Only with the musk I still have to come to terms a bit, because he seems phasenweise slightly masculine.

I get no jasmine, no lemon and all the other notes that should still be contained in Her. Somewhat later, the strawberry comes through again minimally, which would like to be a bit stronger, sweeter and juicier.

Burberry Her is thus with me: strawberry-musk (violet), perhaps still something patchouli.
Gladly I would have had it a bit more creamy, lactonic, strawberry cream was my hope.

All in all, Her has surprised me in many ways, but I must say, the fragrance really likes and he may stay with me, even if my husband was spontaneously not so taken.
Only to the musk I have to get used to something, I'm not 100% sure yet.
The sillage is hammermäßig and also the durability I would rate as (for me unexpectedly) good, which makes me very happy.

I can actually imagine him all year round, because he looks very clean and classy, distinguished British. Also, I do not think that he fits only young girls, but for all ages.
This is my first impression, which I write down here spontaneously, but so far I'm really happy that I made this blind purchase.

Edit: From an initial strong like has now become love. I now get along very well with the musk & also the strawberry I experience as even more delicious. It's sweet, flirty, lasts mega & is like nothing else I have. I will definitely get the 100ml!

Edit 2: Top layering combo: layer this fragrance with the VS body lotion Strawberries & Champagne! A match made in heaven.

Beautiful with edges
After I'm now quite a long time crept around it, spurred on by all the adulation in forums and on YouTube, you are also moved in with me.

The price was unbeatable & I now just wanted to know what all the hype is about. When I then still saw that Quentin Bisch is one of the perfumers who has made some of my favorite fragrances, it was finally done around me, I had to have!
And I can understand the hype. It's a great, loud, sweet fragrance that makes a statement.

To this day, I remember from childhood days very well a neighbor who had the Classique as a signature at the time and you always knew when she had gone through the stairwell. Classique has really filled the whole stairwell with its sillage ? to the chagrin of my mother, who found the fragrance just awful. It was also much too sweet for me at the time, but I was still a small child and my nose is of course a different one today.

Why do I tell this?
Because La Belle reminded me immediately, already when I took the bottle out of the can, this sweet vanilla so typical of Gaultier came to me & I had no doubt, it could only be a Gaultier, and it was my first own Gaultier.

Immediately the first smell at the bottle without that I had already sprayed, I liked. Of course, immediately applied, very carefully, because I knew about the potency of the fragrance.
He is really very strong in the opening, almost slays me a bit. I have to take a little breath to get involved in the fragrance.
The pear I perceive very strongly, as well as vanilla and it really smells like a pear vanilla dessert. An absolute autumn & winter fragrance in my opinion.
Then so a bit worn with another careful spray on the collarbone, more I did not dare for now. So I went shopping and let the fragrance act on me.

He is me contrary to expectations not too sweet, although I had a little concern there. However, I can quite ab. But something is there, what tingles me in the nose, a corner or edge that sticks out there. Actually, I find such corners in fragrances always interesting, but in this case I have to say, unfortunately, that it bothers me.

It's either the pear or the vetiver, both notes that were also in my beloved Idole d'Armani and that I was actually sure to like, since I adored that scent. Strictly speaking, the vetiver has also still motivated me to buy.

Therefore, the more I think about it, the more I am inclined to think that it must actually be the pear. Similar experience I had namely with Roberto Cavalli Gemma di Paradiso, with which I did not get along at all.
Unfortunately, it is also so disturbing for me with La Belle that I think with a heavy heart, she will not move in with me.

But I must also say fair to the fact that I had ordered at the same time Loverdose Red Kiss from Diesel, which has completely blown me away, as well as my husband. So we both had the direct comparison between La Belle and Red Kiss. We both liked La Belle spontaneously, but we agreed that Red Kiss we like much better (even if of course these are two completely different fragrances, only from the sweetness they are comparable I think).

So I was probably not pure of heart and had thus already lost my heart to Red Kiss.
The me disturbing note I had unfortunately also the whole evening in the nose. The warm, vanilla rest, which I could still perceive the next morning on my T shirt, made me the decision really harder, but ultimately I decided for Red Kiss and against La Belle.

The la Belle le parfum appeals to me but somehow still, are they very similar? La Belle le parfum should be yes the slightly more adult, more reserved, better blinded sister...

Beautiful creamy fragrance with a big but
One thing first: The fragrance itself is really beautiful & actually all that I had imagined & hoped for. When pink pepper I was first a little nervous whether I might not like, but on the contrary, I find that really good & makes the fragrance also very interesting. The pink pepper also stays with me quite long there.
Otherwise, the fragrance is a soft, cuddly, sweet, creamy, special and noble fragrance that I can imagine all year round, also as a signature fragrance and quite on men, since it could be m.M. after also unisex.
I was particularly excited about the nutty & creamy and all that gives me This is her totally. It could have all been so perfect.

Now comes for me but the big but: he holds on me practically not at all ?
On the skin he is no longer noticeable after 3 hours at the latest, not even by my husband and on the clothes he holds better, but even there it is more a hint, a touch and I have to sniff really strong. This really makes me very sad because the scent is just as nice & special, oh actually even better than I had hoped for. Overall, it sits way too close to my skin & is also too quiet, too reserved for me. I had hoped it would be a bit more present & heard from many that it was a mega long lasting scent.

I have and love Girls can be crazy from the same house over all and to that extent a direct comparison in terms of longevity. GCBC is a beast with me and holds mega well, on the clothes quite easily until the next day, so I was with also relatively sure that the same would be with TIH. I just can't see spending money on a fragrance that has virtually disappeared after such a short time & am also really a bit shocked that it is so weak on the chest. In my life I wouldn't have expected that. That's why TIH won't be moving in with me. Such a shame.

Fever? Unfortunately, you do not trigger that in me
This fragrance is unfortunately a blind buy fail for me. So I do not want to say completely that the fragrance is bad in and of itself, but he has with me unfortunately zero durability and is already gone after a few minutes. On the clothes a bit better, but also not much & for this I have to spray a lot & then also doll schnuppern.
It was a blind purchase on a few YT recommendations and I was looking for a warm, sweet autumn fragrance. He is also quite warm and soft, but has too many points that really bother me.
The bottle & also the packaging are really pretty & the price for which I got fever was really a bargain.
However, I must say that I smell first of the individual notes really nothing concrete out neither plum, nor grapefruit, neither jasmine nor coffee, which I have seen listed elsewhere.
My first impression was actually pretty good, on paper and in the bottle the fragrance smelled really pleasant, although I spontaneously thought that it was somehow too trivial for me. On my skin and clothes he is a disaster, also has something old-fashioned, unpleasant.
I can understand the comparisons with Black Opium (even if I find BO in comparison clearly better made) & can also imagine that who likes BO, this will also like.(if fever then works with the body chemistry).
Also, I read a statement here that this fragrance has a Maggi note & although I could not imagine that with the best will in the world, I have to give that absolutely right, because also on my nose this Maggi note actually crept past. About it I now somehow can not get over & it takes me of course not exactly more for the fragrance.
It makes me really sad, because the reviews were mostly really good, the bottle & the fragrance notes promising.
Overall, however, it's way too featureless for me, with no depth or dimension and especially zero sillage or longevity, which I really hate. Did I perhaps get a tipped bottle? I really do not understand the many good reviews.
Fever, I was so looking forward to you and really wanted to like you, but you trigger in me unfortunately no fever at all, but unfortunately only a disappointed shake of the head.
Am nevertheless very interested in Jimmy Choo edp, can someone tell me if the durability there is really so good & the fragrance as unique as I's read many times?
