Spontaneous pencil associations
This fragrance is unfortunately a small fail for me and that's a real shame, because I was really looking forward to it.
I was looking for a new autumn fragrance, something that is cuddly and warm.
A recommendation came from soki London, through which I have already discovered Trésor Midnight Rose for me and landed an absolute hit. Also with this one, the reviews were extremely good. When I read on fragrantica that this perfume was like a warm hug in a bottle, I was hooked, I had to have it. The fantastic price has then made the lid on it, I ordered it blindly and today I held full of anticipation my package in hand.
The packaging I like well, even if I miss the sweet bow in the 30ml bottle. Also the sprayer is good.

But to the fragrance: excited I sprayed me so something on the back of my hand. Sniffed again and again dran and thought: it smells metallic.... somehow after pencil on paper ?? it also has something slightly pungent, which lasts with me unfortunately quite long.
So fresh and fruity in the opening I found him unfortunately already times not. It also gave me more and more the feeling that the fragrance seemed vaguely familiar to me, but I did not come first drauf, what it was.
Now, after I have racked my brain for a few hours, I realize that the fragrance reminds me strongly of Emporio Armani Lei.
This I had when he came out once got as a gift and that is extremely long ago, but still I can remember very well this fragrance and also that I never really warmed up with him.
Mademoiselle Couture reminds me strongly of Lei and my research showed me to my astonishment (am not a fragrance professional ?) that the two actually have some notes in common.
I don't know if it's the pink pepper or the pear, the lily of the valley or heliotrope, but something about this scent is so pungent and even downright penetrating for me that I just can't get comfortable with it. These are all actually scents that I was convinced I would like, but I had the same unpleasant feeling with Gemma di Paradiso by Cavalli, so I'm starting to think maybe it's the pear??? Gemma di Paradiso and Mademoiselle Couture are both said in the perfume forums to be reminiscent of Carolina Herrera Good Girl...If Good Girl smells like that, then I can probably rule that one out for myself too?
But I digress! What I have to mention positively is that Mademoiselle Couture becomes much nicer and warmer in the dry down. Here I perceive very strongly the musk note.
In addition, the fragrance also lasts really quite well and it is really affordable to get. I feel him but unfortunately contrary to its name also not at all as a fragrance for young women, but actually he smells for me rather like a madame.
He remains he with me very long in this slightly metallic, leaden, yes also masculine seeming opening and conveys me also in drydown unfortunately not the sought-after warmth and the "warm hug in a bottle", which tempted me to buy.
In fact, this review is also a kind of first impression... Perhaps I must also first warm up with the Mademoiselle.

No matter what anyone says, I love you and I will from the first moment I see you!
No matter what anyone says about the name being silly, inappropriate, and whatnot.... to be honest, I find it a bit overdone and it leaves me pretty cold in the end. Because in the end, it's all about the content and that completely enchanted me from the start.
It started with a sample that I have sprayed me one day quite innocuously and without thinking much. And then suddenly I could not stop sniffing my wrist & T-shirt. There was something so good smelling, warm, soft.... And I could have sworn there was coconut in there, which on the one hand I really liked, but on the other hand totally confused me, as I wouldn't count myself among the very biggest coconut fans. And I just couldn't stop sniffing.... So I have picked up the fragrance notes and found with astonishment that actually no coconut is in it ?
Instead, however, a pear & cola note, which I also really smell out and which I find really original. In the beginning, the scent is really very sweet and you have to be careful that one is not slain, but that lays quite quickly and this fragrance is just beautiful!
I'm not a super professional in fragrances, but this fragrance was one that has drawn me for a long time again immediately in its spell and enchanted... and I missed that incredibly, after I had to say goodbye with a heavy heart from my favorite Idole d'Armani, because it is no longer produced (I'm actually always so with fragrances that I love above all).
Girls can be crazy has the potential to be my signature for the first time in a long time. It's sweet, warm, soft, a little edgy. It is unique, modern and classy. He fits m.M. after always, to the jeans and also to the evening dress.
Also, the durability is just phenomenal in my opinion, on the skin and especially on clothes. I do not have to re-spray him and if then only so that I get again this unmistakable pear-cola-opening.
The bottle I find really nice, with the rose gold and the "water bottle" optics, very modern. Only from the juice I had expected that he is also rosé, as shown in the advertising, but he is clear. But I can absolutely get over that, because the fragrance itself is just soo beautiful and warm in my opinion.
I also don't know of any fragrance to compare it to. It suits winter & autumn as it's so warm and cosy, but also summer as it lasts so mega and gives off that coconut vibe. Every time I even take an impromptu sniff of it, all I can do is close my eyes and give a gushy "Hmmm". And then I'm so happy to have found it.
In my opinion, an absolute "underated/Hidden gem" and I can only hope that this one is never taken out of sem assortment ??❤️

I wanted to love you so much, but...
you have something about you, which really bothers me ? and I can not name it specifically. Unfortunately
In the opening I find him really pretty, although he is already too sweet for me even then and slays me a bit with it.
From the notes sounded La Nuit Trésor Nude just gorgeous and after extensive research and mostly super reviews I decided to buy it blind.
I wanted to have a coconut fragrance for the summer and since I generally love Lancome fragrances and the reviews were so good, he then also moved in with me.
The bottle is just beautiful and noble even if I find it impractical to carry in the handbag and would certainly also be afraid to break it?
But the fragrance? I am really sad, because I had wished for a noble coconut fragrance for the summer. It is also coconut, it also has a certain elegance, but it is just so incredibly sweet and has something dancy about it that I can't stand.
Also, I don't think it's for summer at all. It's a very soft cozy scent that I can imagine more in the fall while snuggling up on the couch. And while that actually sounds great, I just can't wear it and feel comfortable with it ?
If I imagine that at 30 ° plus to wear, I'm already sick, because he is just soo sweet and powdery for me and has no freshness and if then only briefly after spraying. Since can be very briefly guess the bergamot and then it is already gone. The same with the rose. The rose I also perceive unfortunately only a millisecond and then it is already gone.
I have now sprayed the fragrance twice and both times I have not really felt comfortable with him.
Also, I thought that maybe it didn't have as strong of an staying power and was more of a skin-flattering scent. That's what a lot of different reviews and the name nude suggested to me, but on myself I have to say that it lasts very well, much to my chagrin.
Today I have him the 3rd time on it and he just starts to annoy me after half an hour and I would like to get rid of him.
It's driving me nuts that I can't put my finger on what it could be. But I am also still new or rather deal more with perfumes only since the lockdown and therefore have certainly not yet such a trained nose ?
Maybe coconut, vanilla or the peach is just not for me? Similar problems I have with D&G The one, although I can better off. Since I think it's the peach or the vanilla.
I'm so sorry for you, La Nuit Trésor nude, but we are unfortunately not friends, although I would have liked it so ?
Does it have very much in common with the OG la nuit Trésor ? I'm still very interested in that one.

I know you from somewhere? Really great summer scent
When I first sprayed on Paradiso, I immediately thought, "You look so familiar." Now that's not meant as a judgment at all, but you know when you smell something and immediately think, I've smelled that before? That's what happened to me with this one. It has not left me in peace ... So I searched the internet until I came across it (I think it was even here)
Someone wrote that this fragrance totally reminds me of YSL Libre and I can really agree with that. They're not identical, of course, but they definitely have the same vibe, especially in the opening.
What I like even more about Paradiso is that it doesn't have that prominent lavender note like Libre, something I had to get used to with Libre. Paradiso is thereby at the beginning clearly softer than Libre.
Paradiso was a blind purchase for me, because I was looking for something citrusy for the summer, which is not too sweet and has a light spicy touch. I had a bit of concern, because of the pine and cypress note, but since I had read here, it smelled like vacation in the South of France and I had already made good experiences with fragrances of Louise Turner, I ordered him quite bravely just on good luck.
And I must say, I find him unexpectedly great, much better than I would have thought at first and the more often I wear it, the better I like it. Especially in the summer heat, this fragrance is the hammer!❤️❤️❤️ It lasts incredibly well, on the body as on the clothes and is fresh, citrusy and a bit spicy, a little sweet, but not too much and thus for me a real discovery in the summer. It also gives me such high-end sunscreen vibes in drydown, though it doesn't have any coconut or other notes to give that feeling.
In general, I think you can get really great, high-quality fragrances from Cavalli for really good prices, and they last great, which is important to me. Nevertheless, I could imagine that this one is not a safe blind buy, because I find it already unique by the pine note and you also have to like this spicy.
The flacon I also find super pretty, only the lid is perhaps a bit clunky, which could possibly disturb in the handbag, but overall the flacon looks really noble?
Because I have heard about Gemma di Paradiso soo much good on YT and I like the classic Paradiso so much, I also bought Gemma still, in the hope of getting a variant that is a tacken sweeter than the classic. Unfortunately, I was disappointed beyond measure with Gemma. Dry comment of my husband: "Smells like insect spray" ?
If you like Libre by YSL, you might like Paradiso. He is much cheaper and holds with me at least as well as Libre. Whether Paradiso is what for cooler weather, I must still test
