It’s like Carolina Men Prive on steroids; it smells like a great leather that slowly melts into an awesome vanilla/tonka/lavender vibe. It has an absolutely awesome sillage, and the longevity is epic (easily 8+ hours on my skin) I’m happy I picked this one up.

But where did the longevity go? Don’t get me wrong; the drydown is the BEST PART of this fragrance, it just seems like it doesn’t project very well after 2-3 hours.

Still an epic scent, just needs some spinach for the sailor man.

Update 1/11/2020:
I just grabbed a bottle of the PUIG batch (manufactured in May 2019), and this guy lasts an easy 8-10+ hours. Projection radius is huge (4ft+), and sillage is great. Longevity was my only complaint, and this is resolved for me, easily. I wasn’t honestly it expecting it to be THIS MUCH of a performance improvement over the last batch I had, but my oh my, what an improvement it was.

I’ve never owned a pre 2000 batch of this juice, but again this Puig 2019 batch has left me smiling, big time.

The rest of the planet is already wearing it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a fantastic scent, with WICKED sillage, it’s just that I smell it everywhere, and therefore it loses that “signature” that I look for in fragrances. Maybe in a year the hype dies down I’ll use it, but for now, it’s too “mainstream” for me

This is one of my favorite scents EVER; from start to finish, I wear this one with pride; as it kicks the confidence up several notches. Such a smooth opening That entices with its freshness, leading you into bliss as it slides into mid tones that ooze with swagger, and carry anyone who gets caught in your storm into a heavenly bliss. Fantastic in every facet.

A loud vanilla opening shouts out to everyone, and keeps shouting for a while, before smoothly impressing everyone with a sweet masculinity that playfully says “I can”. It shouts out far for a good 2-4hours, and lasts a decent 6-8 on a long day.

Some people dislike the powerful projection (an EASY 4ft radius) and long lasting sillage (8-10+ hours), but just about EVERY woman I know personally has complimented this one and it’s EDP brother nicely.

Maybe it’s used by many, but that means the fragrance itself is good. If it’s uniqueness, or a one of a kind signature that you’re searching for in scent, then you really shouldn’t be looking in the designer fragrance universe; the niche world is where you should start your digging.
