An undying love
I actually have a long history with this fragrance. Long, long before I even knew about Parfumo, I used to walk right into the duty free at the airport and put it on. That's right, in the airport. Because I never went to perfume stores. And this noble fragrance had the name Dior on it, which of course impressed me when I was 16. And the bottle was so beautiful and it just smelled so good. I don't care that the scent was way too much to sit in the confined space on the plane. It still got applied and I felt insanely grown up and elegant.
Now over 5 years later, I can finally call it mine. I have to confess, it actually got lost in my collection! For a while it was there for nostalgic reasons. But today I used it and it was like it was back then. The great love. A beautiful sweetness has been enveloping me all day. The orange makes sure it doesn't get too sweet. And the rose adds a certain elegance. I could bathe in this scent. Right now while I've been sitting at home in front of my laptop in sweatpants every day for the past year and a half thanks to Corona, this scent brings elegance to my life. I quickly traded the sweatpants for a skirt, found a pretty blouse too. And even my hair was allowed out of its permanent ponytail and was shocked at that. "Are you going anywhere else?," I was immediately asked. No, I'm not going anywhere. I'm just feeling good, beautiful and elegant for once today. All day I sniff my wrist and I never want to miss this scent in my collection. And I want even less to miss how I feel when I wear it

My all time favourite
This scent is actually what brought me here after all. I've always enjoyed scaling around in perfumery, but never really cared for what makes these scents what they are? Fragrance pyramid? Nop. Durability? Nop. What the hell is sillage? Yeah, that's how it started.
Until my boyfriend and I went for a sniff and ran across this fragrance. The bottle is insanely elegant. "The Diamond" it is affectionately called by my friend. Somehow fancier than the colorful versions. So was immediately sprayed and smelled throughout the day on the wrist.
I'm not kidding. All both of us constantly hung on my wrist throughout the day and my boyfriend is really not a big fan of perfume. In the beginning, the raspberry really jumped out at us. But then it was replaced pretty quickly by beautiful, soft florals and only reappeared every now and then so the whole thing didn't get too boring. And the musk. Often I have the problem that it is way too intrusive. Not sweet enough for me and somehow too old. But that's not the case here at all. It's a nice, girly musk that is also something for the younger crowd.
It can be worn all year round and (on my skin ) has really great longevity and sillage. I was quite surprised when I finally (after my very first bottling had been bought here), got the bottle and saw that durability and sillage are rated here rather mediocre? On me, it lasts all day and supposedly you can still smell me when I have long left the room!
All in all, I can say that if I had a signature scent and wasn't bored quite so quickly, it would be Musc Diamant. Feminine, young and sometimes, it must be said, the raspberry screams it a little, a little bitchy

Spring is here
It's one of those days. I go into the bathroom and I've already put out my scent. But what is it? Bright sunshine? Is spring really just around the corner? Well, at the end of May it's about time! So I decide to change and reach for this but rather simple bottle.
Who needs a coffee when he has this fragrance? The name keeps what it promises. Rarely have I ever found the marketing of a fragrance as coherent as here. I feel immediately refreshed, ready for an adventure! Just alive.
At the beginning, a perky apple greets me. Fresh, a little sour. It is accompanied by a few currants, which give a tangy note. After that, the cedar forest already greets me. A little woody, but the freshness is not lost! Admittedly, as I'm describing it, the scent already sounds a little masculine. But it isn't. The vanilla ensures that I feel feminine despite the freshness, or precisely because of this vanilligen freshness.
Alive is simply a fragrance, which screams for adventure and gives one already with the first spray good mood... If only the environment would have something more of this fragrance adventure...

Good mood from the bottle
It's the same game every year. I can't wait until the weather gets really warm again and I can finally get my beloved Light Blue out. For me this fragrance is the epitome of summer. Loose, light and brings back the good mood every morning. That's exactly what the bottle says for me. Admittedly, it is not as eye-catching as some others. It is simple, loose, light and fits like a glove. As for the fragrance, you are greeted by a sparkling fresh lemon scent right at the start. The apple remains in the background, but is noticeable. On my skin the heart notes do not come through. He has never seen a flower there. The strongest base note for me is the cedar wood, which goes very well with the acidity of the lemon. Simply a fragrance that brings good mood. Wouldn't all this be overshadowed by one thing. The durability is cruel. For the price I expect the scent to last 5 hours. But no, after 3 at the latest, it's gone.
That's why I took a chance on layering once. Admittedly I am a real beginner. It happened rather by chance. The partner will not believe me. I was layering with Pink Sugar. This scent is just too sweet for me and could use some freshness. And look! The flowers of the heart note appear. First of all the jasmine and the fragrance is also wearable for cooler days. But the shelf life has only improved by 1-2 hours. Nevertheless, nothing improves my mood like a splash of Light Blue

Fruity all sorts of things
Once again, I was looking for fragrance twins that even a small purse can afford. I love my expensive fragrances, but at some point money is running out. So I stood at DM at the La Rive bar and sniffed my way through. This one immediately attracted my attention. Such a nice fruity scent. Synthetic, yes. But isn't that the case with most fruit cocktails? Something caught my attention, although I couldn't really tell which twin it was. Even the notes didn't get me anywhere. So first spray it and get out.
After about 10 minutes the huge alcohol flag, which has the most favorable perfumes, had subsided, a nice fruity veil was put around me. Much less sweet than on paper. The top notes do not appear at all in my case. But the strawberry is simply present throughout, that cannot be denied. I would also have been very pleased with the fresher notes of bergamot and raspberry, which would have loosened up the fragrance a bit. After a while, the rose joins the strawberry and the scent becomes more suitable for everyday use. Because I don't want to run around like a little sweet strawberry. I only perceive patchouli from the base notes. What a pity, because I love vanilla in every variation. Because of the sweetness it is more suitable for the summer and a younger audience.
Now for the twin. The other day, when I went back to the perfumery, I found him. Mon Paris. It's amazing how similar they are at first. But that changes quickly. Mon Paris is less cute, can be worn at any age. No wonder. If you look at the pyramids of scents, the scents are very different. Still, at the beginning the affinity cannot be denied
