Sapheda White Oud
Starts off as soft mature clean oud. It's slightly smoky , dry and fresh. Remind me of smoky pine wood. It stays very fresh, airy wood . I can't detect any sweetness of florals . It my change in other environment as is extremely hot and moist today
It is a extremely fresh and pleasant scent . Nothing funky or dirty about it. Initial smokiness disappeared leaving only slightly soapy fresh wood. Love it. I am looking forward for trying it in other weather.
Two months later:
Today is beautiful Indian summer day.
I revisited this perfume, it is still very fresh and light. It is extract de parfum but it's not heavy. To me is very airy almost like this molecule fragrances but smells of beautiful mature natural oud with some delicate clean white florals far in the background.
Two spray on my chest makes it linger in delicate whiffs throughout whole day. Warm weather safe oud.

I am reviewing a " pre magnetic cap " version.
First spray- blast of soft aldehydes and florals immediately joined by frankincense. It brings a memory of luxurious body cream my mum was using in 80's. and a Sunday service in Catholic church,where all woman worn their best perfume surrounded by holy frankincense smoke.To my nose is very inviting and sensual, just like a mature,self-confident , beautiful and sexy woman. Is nobile but very sensual, enjoy a good book and good wine. As the fragrance dry down it becomes more resinous , but florals and "luxurious cream" are still there in background. I only used 2 small sprays on my chest and a soft cloud of scent surrounds me all day. Is there ,but never aggressive. Is like a hug of loved person. I bought a extract de parum as well and wait to be shipped , I am so curious. Gold and Chanel 5 are like a cousins, both my beloved.

After receiving a pure perfume version I can report that is deeper, aldehydes are tone down and frankincense is more prominent. It us just regal. Florals there smell like pure pollen from blooming flowers smothered with frankincense smoke. Just impossible for me to describe. Treasure

No5 Rosendo Mateu
Just arrived today !
I was so curious about this fragrance , so matching my favourite profile ( after reading Fragrantica reviews) ,that I blind bought a full bottle from high end retailer. First spritz - OK, I can't smell anything... And Boom! Strange note of latex over smooth ,vanilla custard.
This undeniably strange perfume slowly transforms into soft , slightly floral amber. The latex note becomes more dense, revieling itself as somewhat woody, maybe even oudy accord. Yes ,it smells a bit like car garage grease, but ever so gently that actually gives some ," down-to-earthness" to this angelic scent. I only use one spritz ,and I think it is enough for me. I can't smell it with my nose next to the skin , but I can definitely smell a scent bubble around me. How strange is that, as if the fragrance is almost to intense for the nose to register when smelled directly.
I am looking forward to exploring it further and may give some updates on my review.

Ivresse YSL original formulation
I was 19 when I discovered this fragrance. It just came out. My best friend has swapped Champagne pure perfume for Dior Poison pure perfume with me. Little I new how this not so attractive then gem will grow on me over many years. I don't remember what I have done with this treasure as it was far too much for me , literally about 30 ml of pure perfume. 25 years forward I started craving a memory of this scent . With light hand purchase full bottle of Yvresse old formula from eBay for eye watering price. One spray and I am hitting a spot , yet again 19 year old , in night club with my friend. Now I appreciate it. I am instantly becoming the most seductive , intelligent and sexy woman in the club. This is how this undiscrbable fragrance makes me feel. It is a true gem, but not as deep and seductive as my long lost treasure.

I am reviewing Musk oil in spray.
All I can say is AMAZING. It's a pity it doesn't last longer ,or it's so quiet. When I spray it I am instantly transported in my youth at the seaside. It is a hot summer day and I go sunbathing with my best friend. We spread a suntan oil with vit a and lay in the hot pale yellow sand. Later we would go to have a splash in the sea and share a portion of fish and chips. O , those were the happiest years of my life.
It is a low projection fragrance , very intimate, but o so lovely.
