Just opening eBay before taking a shower and spontaneously bidding at an auction, I should perhaps refrain from doing so. In the end I got hold of a brand new 150 ml tester from Fico di Amalfi.

"Hmmm..." Was probably the first impression when the first spray, from the back of the hand. Smells a bit like a former girlfriend - under the arm. Per se not even unpleasant, but just a bit one-dimensional after Damendeo. That the main chord is cowardly would not have been understood at the first go, at least not by me now.
The further course of the song remains linear, with the deonote going back a little and making room for something that could be unisex. I don't know yet if I'll like the scent in the end, as in my opinion, a little more wood in the background wouldn't have done any harm. I clearly only see this Parma in really warm summer days / evenings

The durability is not bad for me with an average of 3 sprayers, but also really not outstanding. However, it should be perceptible for about 5 to 6 hours relatively close.

"Y "l I like you anyway!
Current rating: 5.7
I admit it, I knew that many speakers said that the EDP should be much better

In order to approach the series, however, I have come to a residual quantity Y EDT at the best price.

I didn't really expect much, but at that price a disappointment wouldn't have been too bad either...
I can still remember the first impression: "a bit feminine, but it smells really good!"
Perhaps one must say that Y is not my first fragrance from YSL. Next to L'Homme, L'Homme Ultime and La Nuit, this is my fourth and newest approach, none of the brothers is masculine
My test starts at the beginning of spring and here YSL Y fits perfectly for me. The creamy sweetness has an invigorating and cuddly effect in the freshness of the morning, while the fragrance is light enough in temperatures up to almost 18 degrees so that it is not overwhelming. It is precisely this charming presence to many imaginable situations that generally seems to be a great strength of the house of Yves Saint Laurent.
But back to Y. Single notes are hard for me to make out. The sage is the one I am most likely to discover here. I find the composition to be complex, but integrated in a harmonious interplay. Nothing steps out of line or plays itself into the foreground. Qualitatively, I find Y to be high quality. Even if none of the notes are natural, I never have the feeling to wear windscreen cleaners at any time
To give me a vague idea of the basic character, it helps me to think in colours. In this context Y in my perception is a pastel, very airy violet blue with white streaks in it.
Perfume usually sticks to me like glue, Y is a small outlier downwards here, but is perceptible long enough to satisfy me. 5 hours or so I perceive the EDT on me.

Bentleys Wood Class
A blind purchase from the WWW. Again :)
Momentum Intense was auctioned on eBay by a perfumery in its original packaging. For relatively little money this Bentley now made his way to me.
The information here is rather rare and partly contradictory. If you then investigate more closely, some Youtuber say that it is a replica of CH Men, or at least strongly based on this. For the sake of completeness: sounds good, but I don't know it either.
The first impression was a little sobering. If you expect a screaming testosterone monster here, you will certainly be disappointed. I perceive a woodiness that makes me think a little of damp sawdust or fresh wood chips. For me it is definitely light wood, but it can't deny a slight mugginess. However, I notice these only very close to the sprayed area. The fragrance floats lightly and untroubled in the room. A discreet sweetness spreads over it that is far from being sticky or intrusive. I personally don't notice much more notes though.

Although Momentum seems to me to be easy to medium-heavy when I wear it, it radiates a lot at first and can smell a small office properly with three sprays. And even if I don't perceive the scent on myself for an insanely long time, the durability can't really be bad if T-shirts still smell for days afterwards.
After repeated wearing, I really like Bentley Momentum Intense. I like the subtle "good friend feeling" it conveys. Not obtrusive, certainly not extravagant, but also without large corners and edges.

Gio swapped his polo shirt for a black Slimfit shirt
1996: Acqua di Gio, a fragrance that EVERYONE wanted and that I also owned a bottle of at some point. I still have a good memory of him. Just a cheerful, charming Immergeher for men of all ages.
2015: Acqua di Gio Profumo, the new edition with huge hype in the back.
Frankincense and patchouli have made Gio more mature. He's definitely on the more masculine side now. He smokes, he sweats and his facial expressions have darkened.
As with some other "all time ready fragrances" of the last time, I also have my problems with Profumo to regard him as really fresh. Just sprayed on, I find the patchouli at temperatures around 30 degrees unbearably present and oppressive. To go out for dinner I would apply Profumo only under my clothes, on free skin he yells too much.
In the evening and on cool to mild days this fragrance is ideal. Sure, I must be in the mood to wear something louder, but at a birthday party around the turn of the year the fragrance proved its full strength. It was drunk and smoked, certainly also sweated and celebrated, but when I was driven home in the car (about 9 hours later) the driver remarked in surprise "It's amazing: after that night you still smell full of your perfume"

Bvlgari distress
Well, I don't know if Bvlgari himself thought of the sea and the ocean when he said "bitter water". In any case, I wanted to believe it firmly. Admittedly, I often didn't scout out. The sea was too stormy and restless for me. Too scratchy and too aggressive in his bitterness. So Aqva Amara became more unsympathetic to me every time I wore it.
Maybe I'm just the wrong captain, maybe it's because I just don't like Neroli in higher dosages, but honestly: after I remembered the original Aqva quite positively, Amara was rightly hired in my opinion...
