Another blind buy. You can do that. Just with such a low price and so many admirers of a fragrance nothing is actually broken, you should have a different opinion yourself.
Ordered, maintained, received and... What's that?!
The first impression is stinging, annoying monotony and frighteningly long durability. For me something like an olfactory tinnitus!
A look at the pyramid and I am sure that it is the "leaves" that make the Nautica almost unbearable for me.
Sometimes I apply candidates I don't want to constantly delude only to the lower back. This distance to the nose makes Nautica a little better. Nevertheless you go now again on the journey my dear: Bon Voyage, we will not see each other again...

A brief word about the great example of this fragrance: I had bought Sauvage because of the hypes at the time. Everybodies Darling blah, absolutely "save" blah blah... Nungut, I also liked the scent itself, I must admit. On the other hand, Dior's driving force also has a huge potential to get on your nerves. Too aggressive, too loud too present simple.
A tour of the Kaufhof has turned the young savage into a more mature macho. Still enough pepper up his ass, but Writer now knows how to behave. Less angular, less loud, but still striking and interesting.
It might be worth mentioning that the quality at least on the surface is not really cheap, but the durability is at least with me much lower.
Summing up: I soon gave Sauvage back, you can keep it here (just because of the ridiculous price).

Gentleman, by definition a person belonging to the nobility, characterized by education and fine manners. This is how you imagine it.
If I were the client for a fragrance that should bear the name Gentleman, I would expect something that promises quality but remains price compatible for the masses. The fragrance components should please in a discreet way rather than shouting out loud from the crowd. I would put on a scent that doesn't disturb at the dinner table and pleases the dearest one in the embrace: modern, but not chumming up.
Givenchy has reached his goal for me, the name is program. I like to put on this fragrance when I want to smell good without excitement. After sports, eating pizza or just with friends or family.

No, Armanis Marone does not smell like YSL to me, the title refers more to its characteristics. Stronger with you, that could mean cool freshness, because in cold and moderate weather this calorie bomb shows its authority.
First applied in a perfumery in spring, I immediately liked this fragrance, but I didn't buy it. I bought Swy in midsummer for a reasonable price. At temperatures well and gladly over 30 degrees the Luder nearly strangled me. Much too sweet and heavy, almost pompous, this fragrance lay around my neck. I blamed myself, but I wanted to test my new acquisition at any price
A few weeks later, we have an autumn rainy season and temperatures between 15 and 20 degrees, when Armanis Kleiner knows how to please again. Sure, the sweet, waxy and thick character remains, but now fits perfectly into this season. The durability is more than tidy, two sprayers are perfectly sufficient

Maybe we should start this story all over again...
Fan di Fendi, the first time I came across this name on a Youtube channel, actually more by the way in a listing. Here fragrances should be blindly classified as cheap or expensive. This one was clearly classified as high quality, but it is not expensive. The description and rating here sounded more than neat and appealing, so blindly auctioned on eBay. Just 29 Euro for the 150 ml Giant-Edition, you can't complain :)
As with any blind purchase, of course I waited eagerly for the first test. In the beginning I don't like the fragrance very much, too green, too interchangeable and somehow going in a direction that doesn't necessarily match my preferences. Most likely I would describe Artisan Acqa here as odor-like.
As described in the other comments, the candyfloss green gradually evaporates and makes room for a darker side that is more to my taste. At this point, after about 90 minutes, the resemblance to his heavier brother Dior Homme becomes noticeable. (No wonder, after all the same artist was at work)
To make a long story short: after a cold start we always become good friends, Fendi and me. The ingenious silky-soft Cardamom Drydown puts the crown on this noble and unjustly shadowy composition at the end.
For me, Fan fits the Fendi best applied in the morning for a rainy day, or in the late, still warm summer evening.
