Refreshment stick
You probably know them all...milk chocolate chopsticks with a citrus-flavoured sugar-crusted filling. Like it or not. No, they were never my thing, although I like most of the sweet stuff, jelly bananas, dark chocolate, and even the mentioned refreshment sticks excluded. The combination of citrus and (brown) chocolate is simply not taste compatible for my tongue. My mother knew this very well and therefore bought the things for herself - they were safe from me, because I often enough stibizt her the chocolate nut in the purple boards, which she loved as well

But it's different as a fragrance! I don't mind that combination. So I was happy to get a sample from my watchlist. In fact, at first I can see both opposites, citrus and chocolate, from my point of view none dominates. On the back of my hand, the scent soon loses intensity, but remains present. The fragrance has a citrus and gourmand note, but without too intense sweetness. Over time, the orange note predominates on me, but the chocolaty one remains as a rather cocoa-powdery background. The comparison with the Jaffa Cakes or the bitter chocolate covered candied orange peels (both of which I don't like to eat for the reasons mentioned above, only the oranges with a white coating), I think, too, fit, but the refreshment sticks simply came into my mind.

In the further process the perfume loses with me unfortunately a little at points. It looks a little stale on my skin.

Still worth testing for friends of unusual gourmand perfumes!

This title...
...sounds a bit pompous to me! "Women of the World"... Doesn't that raise high expectations? Fragrances from all 5 continents, I would think of something like that for example. And then there's the smell of the world! Didn't the name go one size smaller? But perhaps that was exactly the ulterior motive: this perfume can be worn (almost) any woman in the world at any time, because it is pleasing, light, (with moderate dosage) unobtrusive and without clearly visible edges. A flowery-fresh fragrance with subtle fruity notes, hardly sweet, spring-like but certainly also suitable for summer. Can be used at any time during the day, for evenings I would find him a bit too arbitrary and discreet. And overdosed the apple (blossom) note could be a little bit pungent, I'm afraid.

Nice, but no real must have.

Noble droplet in a thick glass cube
At the beginning this bitter-sour note...again typical for oakmoss on my skin. Okay, I have to go through that...after all, I even recognize the pineapple in the top note, that's nice! Then the fragrance becomes softer and develops into a harmoniously balanced bouquet of flowers. Nevertheless, after a short sweet phase, he continues to make no secret of the time he comes from, even if he is not as bitter as other perfumes from the 70s. Perfumes with oakmoss are not quite my baggage scheme, but here I have to admit that the composition is well done. The woody base gives the noble impression of this extra.

The bottle consists to far more than half of the thick glass bottom...looks high quality but also a little clunky, a little less glass would have been enough. And the EDT version in red I like much better from the flacon design. A matter of taste...

In any case a valuable vintage in my collection!

No real miracle!
Yes, "Zara Woman White" is a beautiful flowery perfume! Rather fresh with pleasant mild sweetness and quite lightly powdery.
But the (in my opinion) wonderful "Miracle" (Nomen est Omen!) does not come close to 100%. In the first moment there is quite a high similarity, which is not very surprising because of the scent building blocks. But "Miracle" is more distinctive, a little sweeter and above all much more intense. At ZWT I have to spray a lot in order to achieve an almost identical scent effect. But the scent disappears quite quickly despite generous spraying. ZWT looks like a strongly diluted "Miracle" to me, which also lacks a little of its sweetness. Nevertheless, I consider the mention as a twin fragrance to be perfectly justified. The composition of the fragrance itself is very similar.

However, I am referring to the original version of "Miracle", may be that the current version has less power, so that too. Intensity the differences are not so big at all.

For friends of floral fragrances in any case a cheap alternative to "Miracle", at least if you don't attach so much importance to strong sillage and good durability.

Fascinating and a little irritating at the same time!
Although the sample had thrown me into an alternating bath, I hit an offer on the Internet - and I didn't regret it!

Yes, I do smell at first. something like that, reminiscent of old effervescent tablets, could come from the citrus notes in the top note. Not so really beautiful and rather deterring..and yet: this perfume fascinated me in the further course! Because something resinous-bright, beautiful follows. Chestnut honey comes to mind. And there's something spicy about it. But I would not have recognized the cardamom immediately without looking the other way around, I could also have been cinnamon or carnation. Clary sage? It's probably the sounding note in this perfume. I don't have it in my garden, but I have to think of another plant anyway: a yellow, about 40-40cm high umbellifer with feathered leaves, which grows in masses on the roadside and (in cool Franconia) blooms in late summer (in other areas probably earlier). The slightly bitter scent of the flowers belonged forever to the big holidays in my childhood (which are late in Bavaria). Unfortunately, I don't know what the plant's name is.

In any case, this perfume is again exactly what I like most: the transition from late summer to autumn. The golden, still warm September sun falls through the already slightly coloured leaves...This perfume combines both: summery, bright elements and the spicy hints of the near autumn. O.k., currently we have the (for me) second most beautiful time of the year - the second half of spring up to and including early summer. Therefore "Ambre Essentiel" has to wait a little longer.

A really unusual perfume! But it should be tested before buying, because it probably does not develop the same on every skin.
