It's freezing here in beautiful berkshire and Rowanberry is the perfect scent for warming you up. Its intense, warming fruitiness is addictive. I think its unisex but some ladies may disagree. Very classy and outdoorsy. The British countryside glowing in the autumn sunshine.
Good longevity and sillage. Nice, restrained presentation. Fantastic value for money.

It's much better than I feared after looking at the notes. Yes, it's sweet but it's not a 100% gourmand. This is a very classy French gourmand.
Yes, I get the tonka and musk but thankfully although a fruity scent it isn't too much of the pineapple.
This is a very feminine, well blended scent so its name is spot on. The iris and neroli stop this getting too sweet. It doesn't smell like the mainstream sugary offerings in the department stores.
I'm so relieved it doesn't remind me of la vie est belle or miss Dior. This is for a sophisticated gal with tonnes of personality who wants to smell alluring but unique like her.
After a short while the sweetness is much less and it is quite a sophisticated creature and smells almost like a vintage chypre. The iris, neroli, patch and oak moss are now dominant.
I get good longevity and sillage in this warm room.

What a beautiful combination of notes. The warmth of amber with lovely aromatic absinthe and lavender. A wonderful peaceful unisex scent. It reminds me a lot od a certain Killian fragrance.

Gosh! What a beautiful timeless beauty. I have only recently warmed to chypres and this is a stunner if there ever was one. The oakmoss, iris and tonka bean are very evident on the opening. The citrus notes add their usual freshness along with a bit of kick from the vetiver.
It is first and foremost a warm aromatic, earthy fragrance on my skin. I think it is very unisex and I would love to smell it on my fella.
I can see what folk mean about the tranquility and peace this fragrance evokes. Moderate sillage and longevity.

Ive been looking for a white sandalwood fragrance and Ive finally found it after trying Serge Lutens etc to no avail. Most obviously a sandalwood fragrance that is light and opulent accented with citrus, clary sage and star anise. I think its the last two notes that make this perfection for me. They really transform this into an exceptional fragrance. Im so glad there is none of the pepper note that seems omnipotent in the perfume world. Ok the sillage is not good but it does last for a good few hours so I can live with that.
