Looking at the description and ingredients of this fragrance you would anticipate a heavy, dark, smokey, industrial kind of fragrance. And that is right up my alley. However you do get the smoke, exhaust, leather, tar and oil notes. But they are mixed with this fresh bright open air feel. Which makes this actually more of a fresh scent.
I was very surprised by this. At first I was actually a little let down. I do not gravitate to fresh fragrances. But I kept testing it and actually grew to love it. It offers something very unique in the overcrowded space of fresh tobacco frags. I use this when I want something for warmer weather, or the office where a fresh frag is appropriate but still is unique enough to give a darker mysterious tone.
This is not for everyone, but for someone like me that likes dark challenging scents but needs a fresher option this is a great option.

This is a dark smokey oud and leather fragrance with a sweet plum note. I love the dark deep oud, resinous, and leather in this scent. But the plum note really hangs around on my skin and distracts from the woody resinous aspect of this fragrance and for some reason that just bugs me.

Overall this is very nice fragrance but not a Ted Lapidus I will buy again. I will stick will TL Pour Homme or Black.

If you like fruity oud fragrances than this is likely one to check out.

I tried a sample of the aftershave. I am a big fan of PAA and oud so I figured I would give this one a shot. It's a very simple and straightforward fragrance. It is coconut forward with some light woodiness from the oud in the background. The coconut is a very natural fresh cut coconut. It's not a sweet dessert like coconut. Which I appreciate.
I think this fragrance is a good fit for the shave soap/aftershave space. But it's a bit to simple for the EDP.
Overall a nice coconut scent, but not something for those looking for a oud fragrance.

Plum Loco is a very smooth, refined and restrained leather fragrance. The plum note is not overly sweet. It's a very natural plum scent. Adding a touch of sweetness to the refined high end leather. At times Plum Loco almost has a subtle boozy note adding a little depth.

For my nose this was just OK. But I tend to like leather fragrances to be in your face and a little rough around the edges, dare I say loud and aggressive.
This however is very elegant, subdued and incredibly smooth. Very approachable and pleasent. It's a very nice scent just not really my taste.

Samhain markes the end of summer and the beginning of the darker part of the year. There is no better fragrance than this one for the Autum. This is a quintessential Halloween fragrance.

Whenever I wear this I cannot help but think of the scene in Halloween II when Dr. Loomis, explains to the Haddonfield police what the word Samhain means after mispronouncing it.

SW's Samhain is dominated by Pumpkin, whiskey (but not boozy), and tobacco. Even though these notes take center stage, it's rounded out by some woods, spices, amber, and a nice light musk in the background.

This is a beautiful fragrance for a most beautiful time of year in my home state of Michigan. It's like a olfactive homage to a Midwestern U.S.A fall.

I get about 10 hours out of this with massive projects that's lasts hours. This is really saying something as my skin tends to eat fragrances.
