Caramelized pineapple candy fall scent
If you are about to discover Bond No9 as a line of products, this one and Chez Bond are the two you should try. Any fragrance after 2010 that has pineapple note naturally gets compared to Aventus. This one is no exception. Very fruity in the opening and ambery towards the end. A little synthetic smelling and overwhelming and cloying at times. But... Still, one of the best Bond No9 creations IMO. In small doses could be a good spring/summer/fall scent. While this is inspired by Aventus, it isn't Aventus. I'd say performance wise, this is by far stronger than most Creeds. Quality wise, however, I guarantee you a lot more people will like Aventus over this. Nevertheless, I like it and wear it rather often. Good longevity, modest projection. Try it!

Lapsang souchong tea in a bottle!
This one reminds me a lot of Gucci Pour Homme II. Like a niche version of it but with more emphasis on Fall/Winter (GPII is more of Spring/Summer scent to me). The 3 main notes that make them similar are tea, cinnamon and tobacco. While Gucci gets green (Violet Leaves) and fresh, this one gets more smokey in the opening (I assume that's the leather accord) and a lot spicier with honey on the background. While the openings are different, in the dry down they are a lot closer. Tea scents are not for everyone, so I suggest you test it with 2-3 full wearings before committing to a bottle. But if you already have tea frags in your collection, this might be worth a blind buy (especially if you are familiar with the Gucci).

Not Aventus at all!
The citrus and fruity musk opening does remind me of Aventus a little, I guess. However, I do not really see this as Aventus-like fragrance and warn you, blind buyers: don't! Don't assume this is just an Aventus clone, it is not!!! After Aventus like opening, the fragrance goes into traditional fougere territory and pretty much stays there. I would say, quality wise, this is same or better than Aventus. Longevity is better than Aventus. Projection is very soft for this type of scent (Roger Dove likes it to be personal scents, discovered not announced,so it is by design). I find this more suitable for 40+ crowd. This a scent for a man who achieved all he wanted in life and does not want to prove anything to anyone :) Great scent, test it on skin before buying! The only fougere I have in my collectiom, I typically hate fougeres! :)

The scent to wear when you want to reflect on life!
Most versatile fragrance in my collection, only Aventus can be a real competitor here. You could say it resembles very vaguely La Male but not really: way smother, classier and refined (no pronounced mint or vanilla note either). Reflection Man is a floral and sandalwood mix purified and blended to perfection. You can't tell where florals end and woods begin. Average to linear, very easy on the nose, non offensive and in general pleasant smell (the florals and woods come across as this very expensive detergent smell). Good projection and longevity too. Could be worn year round, day or night, work or date. Really that versatile. Whether you will like it or not and whether it is worth the money or not: that's your call. But this is a beautiful, exquisite and smelling expensive fragrance!!!

Old but not dated, classy but not stuffy!
This fragrance smells totally contemporary even though it was created in 1985! Yes, Cool Water by Davidoff has some similarity to it but only in a way like Jay-Z has similarities with Mozart :) Meaning, GIT is the real deal, more complex and exquisite.
Grassy but aquatic (weird right?), feels like summer/spring fragrance but I wear it year round. Blended to perfection, the notes listed are hard to single out when you smell it. Develops nicely and, yes, somewhere, in the middle it does have a hint of Cool Water. Great silage and performance (not all Creeds have that). Other than that, great fragrance, definitely check it out and absolutely spray it on your skin to see how it develops over time before dismissing it (mistake I made at first)!!!
