The little man's Aventus...
... or Rumz Al Rasasi 9325 pour Lui, is one of the many Aventus-like fragrances and has now made it into my collection. I bought it for myself, because I appreciate DNA very much and also find it very suitable for everyday use. It would be all the more painful to spread 3 to 4 splashes of Aventus in my neck every morning, just to have a waft of pineapple around my nose every now and then. Because of the valuations here and the attractive price, I decided to go for it.

The bottle looked very attractive in pictures, but when I finally held it in my hand, I was quite disillusioned. The spray head wasn't the best and the plastic cover didn't make a very good impression. The zebra looks quite good when it shines through the glass, but it's only glued on the back and looks by the way as if a third grader had cut it out... But no matter.

The fragrance begins fresh and citric. It's a little more synthetic than Aventus, but it lasts only a few minutes. The pineapple comes out well and is already accompanied by a certain smokiness. The fragrance retains this concept.

In direct comparison with Aventus, the only difference for me is the top note. It's a bit more acidic and synthetic, otherwise they are really very similar.

The shelf life is about 7 to 8 hours, which I find very pleasant as it fits perfectly to the working day.

I myself perceive the scent quite well, even after several hours.
Up to now there have only been compliments from the girlfriend, but I could imagine that the current situation is to blame (keeping distance, little contact, not forming larger groups etc.) .

In conclusion, this is an absolutely solid fragrance with a similar performance to CA. In the DNA, the two differ only slightly. It is basically wearable for everyone and for any occasion, although I would rather apply it on warmer days. It is also recommended for teenagers who are about to scrape together all their pocket money due to the hype of Aventus.
Don't do that, better buy this one, or one of the countless alternatives.

One for all, all for...
Dior Sauvage can be seen as my real entry into the world of perfume. Of course, I have had to deal with the usual suspects a la Bruno Banani, or Mexx, but without really having a connection to the topic or even knowing what exactly I want to aim for. Likewise one made unnecessary mispurchases (in my eyes), a memorial of it stands in form of a half-empty Invictus cup on my commode and dusty.
So it finally happened that a good friend and I went on a short shopping spree, a detour to the perfume department. We didn't have any big intentions, but simply enjoyed testing the chic flacons one by one and giving each other feedback. Finally I had it in my hand. Sauvage EdT. I already knew the bottle from the advertising, it was hard to miss...
Must be good, so get on your wrist.
And indeed, this scent had something that I had not known until then. Up to this moment, fragrances were always something you could wear well, but I could have done without them without any problems.
I'm not even gonna go into how he smells, that's been done enough already. It's much more about how Sauvage has fundamentally changed my perception of fragrances, and thus can perhaps be described as my entry into the world of perfume. Because I liked Sauvage from the first spraying on and accompanied me from then on (of course I packed the 60ml bottle directly) for several years. It fits in almost every situation, pleases most people and can be easily combined with most outfits. Its sillage is quite intense shortly after spraying and remains well perceptible for the next hours. His "scratchiness" (owed to the Ambroxan?) settles down after about half an hour, which I really appreciate. After about 4 hours he becomes very close. I have also noticed that Sauvage is best when it is in the air. If you test it, maybe you should spray a friend with it, because I perceive it much differently when I test it directly, for example on the back of my hand.
It also changes, in my opinion, very much in temperature dependency, which is not surprising, only here it particularly catches my eye. Therefore one should be careful with the dosage especially on warmer days, because he likes to switch to the sweet side. Not everybody likes that and takes away some of his harsh masculinity, which is what makes him so special to me
In the meantime the picture I have of Sauvage EdT has changed a bit. Without a doubt it still represents a qualitative and everyday scent. However, over time I have found many alternatives that fit better in certain situations or bring out special aspects better than Sauvage does. But something like this will come with time and if you have the appropriate interest in the matter. If you are just looking for a fragrance that you can wear without any problems, then Sauvage should definitely be on your notepad.
One should also deal with one's descendants, of which at least the EdP is (in my opinion) a better alternative.

Le Male for the discreet gentleman...
...or Amouage Reflection Man. Because of the approaching spring, I was looking for a suitable fragrance for work and everyday life. Influenced by various YT videos and the many positive comments here, I ordered a 100ml bottle. With the scent finally on my hand, the first impression was sobering. "Smells almost exactly like Le Male!?". Even the metallic coolness, which was described by many, and which should be the biggest demarcation to the JPG, was still nothing to notice. In the beginning the Sillage is quite strong, but decreases after the first two hours and becomes quite close. After about 7 hours I don't smell anything anymore (maybe due to a cold). However, I am beginning to understand what makes the smell more independent. Because those aspects of LeMale, which I find rather loud and chubby, appear here much more discreet and give the fragrance an elegance that is unparalleled. If this alone is enough to justify the price of 160 euro, everyone has to decide for himself. Because of these characteristics I would wear it in completely different situations than its brother. Because of his subliminal character and his suitability for everyday use, a date or a simple appointment would probably be his field of application. However, it can also be worn without problems in everyday life and at work, although there are better alternatives. I also don't see him on a teenager. It is more likely to be a fragrance from mid-20s on, when the teenager's frivolity subsides. Before that, I would fall back on the JPG, as it is much more youthful and only costs a third of the price.
