This fragrance was one of the first fragrances I got to know here. A blind buy and the bottle is still almost full. Not because I wouldn't wear it, no you need so little because it is so rich and super intense.
A white powder dream, like scented powder snow maybe. In my opinion, the scent is not for every day. I wear it on special occasions when I like to be perceived, classic and not like everyone wants to smell.
Teint de Neige's floral-intensive notes are woven into an old-fashioned bed of talcum powder. If you blow too hard into it, it'll be dusty and white.
If the scent's too strong, you're too weak. Seriously, I don't know how concentrated the EDP or Extrait may be. This one is so dense that you can't see your hand in front of the scented powder snow. The complexion would really be as white as snow if the powder you smell were to color your skin.

In any case, I am glad to have this masterpiece of fragrance in my collection and to be able to fall back on it on days like today. In winter, the fragrance is very fine and very well wearable, super Sillage and immense shelf life. I'm sure it's been said enough times around here.
I find it less suitable for the summer and, in the words of another perfumer, perhaps too stuffy.

When the scent came out I tested it and found it terrible. Dark, woody, pentrant and prickly, to run away from and very intense.
Later I won a competition on Facebook and a great big Zadig & Voltaire scarf. I wore it every day during the winter and still love it today. At that time I could not understand that the so great cloths and so terrible perfumes make.

Then at some point the bile was taken from me and afterwards I tested it again. My perfume taste had completely changed. I found it interesting after spraying on and later it resulted in a warm woody mixture on my skin which I did not like sooo much. I didn't want to buy it yet.
But this winter I suddenly like everything that smells sandal woody, warm woody and spicy. I'm literally addicted to it. So I thought I'd get the This is her! home. Together with a key ring in the gift set with 30%, thanks to Sale Thread.

And what can I say? I feel the scent now only as a slightly woody breath. Chestnut, yes with benevolence you can smell it and later also sandalwood, because of me, but so dark and penetrating I felt it at the beginning, it is not like that. It also has a fresh, woody creamy note. Jasmine can only be guessed at best.
I guess there are at least two components in here that I can't (anymore) smell. Oh dear, something has been taken from my fragrant life. Probably that's why the fragrance smells different for everyone. Some simply don't smell the scent building blocks and others smell stronger.
Now it is for me a well-groomed, creamy, clean-woody breath, which still lies on the skin the next day. I'd like him to be stronger, but he's all right to smell nice and well-groomed.

As the next step I ordered Dior Addict EDP, which for others also "only" smells vanilla, but for me in my memory is the next higher (penetrating) wooden step.

I will gladly accept suggestions if you have any idea what I am looking for. It should also always smell clearly feminine.

I think it's sooo beautiful. A flattering, enveloping and warming fragrance.

I had probably imagined Not a Perfume by JhaG to be similar. But he wasn't like that. I had barely smelled anything and sexy was at that time nothing at all.

He just ran into me today. I didn't get a chance to meet Nude before. At Galeria there was again 20% action for gift sets and that is for me a temptation that I cannot resist. In this case, at least. I also smell something lightly almond-like, probably from the tonka bean. The fragrance is sweet and rather delicate, but still with enough expression.
And oh dear there were the gift sets with shower gel and body lotion and I grabbed a bigger box without knowing what was in it. There were otherwise only foil sets. Only this box was bigger and opaque, so daring and taken along.
It's a great nude-coloured toilet bag in which the set is packed. I'll take pictures. Anyway, I've been sniffing at my hand the whole time, the afternoon and the evening and sprayed myself generously after the shower. The scent lasts and can still be clearly smelled after 10 hours.
This is a really great Christmas present for me and I am happy about the surprise with the toilet bag. Sometimes you also have to be a little unreasonable and buy a fragrance, even if you certainly have enough of it at home. This one is my Christmas scent 2018 and it gives me great joy.

Nude, naked, as God created us. Is there anything more beautiful? Back to the roots without a lot of frills, with this flattering, slightly woody, sweet skin scent.

Today, towards the end of the year, I test all the fragrances in my collection that I have not worn for a long time. I'll see if it's worth keeping it and Marvelous fell under it today.
For me it smells fresh fruity and yet oriental with a slight green touch at the beginning. Smells very nice and interesting to me.
It also has a clean note that I couldn't assign to a single flower. Maybe it is rose that accompanies the fragrance for a long time. But I can't smell it as a rose.
Besides, I even smell some oud. I don't know where this is coming from.
I think the Sillage is pretty violent. I sprayed him on my arm and he covered two other scents on me. I liked the fruity nuances covered by woody notes so much that I put it on properly right away.

I personally don't find him too cute, even though he already smells cute. However, it is not comparable to LVeB and other varieties.
The fragrance is floral and clean in the heart with warm and cool woody notes. He stays like this for a few hours and then ends up flowery-woody with a little patchouli. Right now I love sandalwood and I can smell it out here.
Despite many fragrances, the overall impression is gentler and more fruity, flowery and oriental. In my opinion, the scent is wearable for women and all day long. It's not a 0815 scent. I like the bottle quite well, it's worked quite good except for the plastic cap.
This fragrance remains and will be worn more often from now on.

I dared to bring home a strongly reduced Datura Blanche in a dark blue bottle. I originally gave him a 6.0 rating. The sample that I had a few years ago smelled unexpectedly soapy and bitterly woody. I found it disgusting back then.
However, the resemblance to Hypnotic Poison is emphasized here again and again and I wanted to know it again. Maybe the sample was spoiled?

No, I don't smell hypnotic poison. Neither at the beginning, nor in the middle, nor in the base of the fragrance.
I have a bottle here now and it smells very different.
It smells milky and floral with a kind of tonka vanilla. It is also powdery, but also slightly bitter, like Tonka milk with poison. This is for me the only poison here in the fragrance, something bitter.
For me, Datura Blanche still needs getting used to. In the beginning it smells tangy and bitter, no idea, almost unpleasant chemically, but it doesn't stay that way. It gets milky pretty fast.
I don't want to call it gourmandig directly, because my natural shyness for poisons in the food still lets me back down a bit here. I don't like eating or drinking with this aroma. But even after a good 40 minutes it still has something slightly bitter and poisonous. It is warm Tonka vanilla milk to smell, but also something to be enjoyed with caution.
Later I recognize a part of HP in this fragrance - powdery vanilla. However, no direct association with him seems to me. It is not plausible to me why he should have such similarity according to other noses.
Datura Blanche is well wearable in winter. However, with the warm Tonka milk it also remains a bit bitter in my nose.
As a man I would think that the wearer could be enjoyed with some caution after all. Although it seems to be sweet and drinkable on the surface, it may not be as well tolerated.
