Naturally fresh
For some time now I have been looking for a fresh fragrance for this summer. With the entire collection of the Blu Mediterraneo series from Acqua di Parma I have probably found the right one. Also the Fico di Amalfi is no exception!

I'm a huge fan of the fruity Bergamotto di Calabria and now I've also wanted to try the Fico di Amalfi. At the first tasting I immediately noticed the really natural and grown-up citric, fresh notes and I could even detect a hint of basil, even if it is not in the fragrances. Here, too, Acqua di Parma has managed to conjure up a wonderful combination of bergamot and wood notes set in the background.

The bottle is the classic Acqua di Parma bottle. Good average! The performance is also average. The projection is limited and the durability is not very good. That's the way you know it from fresher scents. But considering the fair price, I like to spray a little more!

The shoeshine boy was here.
After the first spraying I immediately had the association with freshly polished leather shoes. I could well imagine that this fragrance comes from resinous oud in combination with a vanilla undertone.

The flacon makes sense in this context, it feels really light and velvety in the nose and is definitely a fragrance that you definitely don't smell on every corner!
An absolutely unique fragrance with good durability and Sillage in a really great flacon.

I actually see the fragrance in the transition months, as it brings something floral and fresh with it despite the woody one.

Like a spicy sweet black tea
After the first spraying I just thought WOW, what a blast! I have a vanilla-flavored black tea that smells pretty much the same.

The first notes on the nose are clearly tobacco and vanilla with spices. A little later, more delicious cocoa joins in and, a little further away, dried fruit is added.

The fragrance is certainly not something for everyone, as it is very dominant and quite masculine. It is not as tobacco-heavy as some other tobacco scents, but it has its very own, rather soft tobacco character. Tom Ford has done with this what they did with the Oud Wood. Tom Ford brings a rather strict note in a more mass-suited garment onto the market. As I said not for everyone, but already more suitable for the masses than a pure tobacco scent

The performance and the Sillage. are really damn good and you can of course step on some people's feet with them, if the person opposite is not so into these notes

Basically a creative and good fragrance that fits wonderfully into the autumn or winter.

The affordable CEO fragrance
The Aramis, from the brand of the same name, was sent to me as a sample and of course I had to try it out directly. It's a fresh and woody opening scent, which really looks quite mature and has a certain vintage vibe to it.

The performance is really good and he sits down relatively quickly with a fresh bergamot, leather-musky note and stays with it.

I would rather smell this fragrance on a man who is in life and has a strong self-confidence.

The fresh iris whip for summery everyday life
At the moment I am trying many fragrances and was actively looking for a fresh summer scent. Online was very often called the Prada L'Homme. It should smell like freshly showered or freshly washed laundry. I can't confirm that. It is fresh, but my fabric softener and my shower bath smell different!

The fragrance evolves almost nothing and you have a fresh mix of a very prominent iris, with more hidden notes of patchouli, floral notes and cedar wood in the background. It's not listed in the fragrances, but I think there's even a hint of mint in it.
This may be a bit far-fetched, but the iris note actually reminds me a little of the Bois D'Argent from the Dior Privé series that I recently tested.

A nice, fresh, but not too aggressive fresh scent for the summer with a really great durability!
Those who are looking for a fresh bomb will not be happy with this, but those who are, as I am, rather a gourmet lover and are looking for something for the summer time, might get a hit with the Prada L'Homme.
