Blanche is a safe / neutral scent. I get slight hints of neroli with some Musk & sandelwood. I think blanche is better of you layer it with other fragrances to increase sillage. Back in the days people using vaseline and oversprayed with a perfume. Then Montale white musk came
, Now i will give blanche a try to Save my other less projecting fragrances. With al do respect !!!

17Y01 was my favorite batch (had several of them), before i realised i was trapped in the web of “Wich batchcode”..
i loved you once upon a time... but now it’s time to move on!! Overhyped sadly but with Every batch smells different ...sorry.. we are Into niche & we work for our living !

A library room in a great mansion, old cotton, that musty smell yet you feel comfortabele with it. This was my first impression, very lovely oud blended with taif rose (dont know Wich country). You keep sniffing and breathing hapiness. A very warm fragrance for colder days in an open fire.

Skanky Aoud, petrol leather , but one of my favorite Montale créations. This one is a shock, a statement for the West. I can imagine people in Saudi or Pakistan walking around smelling dark/pure Aoud’ish. This is Aoud Cuir D’arabie! Give it time on Your skin, the opening may be overwelming but after a While it becomes a Sweet dark oud with a statement ...” don’t mess with me!!”

This fragrance is one of the best Vanille-gourmand ever!
The combination of Amber & vanille reminds me of a fresh cake out of the oven, you might have the feeling it leans more on the féminin side because of the sweetness (cake) + suede, but actually Thats Just a warm memory of nostalgie/Kitchen/fresh cake.
Cuir beluga is one of the best Vanilla scent out there & I’m not a big fan of Vanilla fragrances but this one has depth + the suede gives it a calm (suagry sweet) feeling .

Absolutely worth every penny!!!
