For me one of the most beautiful Tom Ford fragrances
It took me a little while to appreciate the scent. Among the Tom Ford fragrances I know, I find Tobacco Vanilla the best. The fragrance is sophisticated and certainly no Cloud Pleaser. But that's what makes it so special. You get what it says on the bottle. Tobacco and vanilla, but in a beautifully balanced composition. The vanilla is soft and warm. The tobacco is beautifully aromatic. Both scents nestle together. The vanilla is natural and not as overly synthetic as it is in many fragrances. For me, the scent definitely leans in a masculine direction. The fragrance gives me a lot of self-confidence. I feel unique with this fragrance. It has a slightly mysterious aura. Tobacco Vanilla is my top fragrance for going out!

There's no need for an Office for Man
Rochas L'Homme has been hailed as a respectable release of 2020 by some serious perfume Youtubers. There were few good new releases this year. So I ordered the fragrance blind. The price is o.k. at the discount. Some would call it a cheapie. The fragrance nevertheless comes in a very appealing, heavy and valuable flacon. Well done Rochas. How does L'Homme smell? First impression: exactly the same as Office for man by Jeremy. I find the two scents very similar, almost clones. The Rochas is not quite as extremely strong, but still has an above average performance. The opening is delightfully fresh and modern. Certainly ambrox is included as well as the above fragrance notes. In the drydown, the scent becomes pleasantly woody, masculine. Here I find the Rochas even more pleasant and defined than Office. Great release in my eyes. Who celebrates Office, but is too expensive, which can reach without hesitation to the Rochas fragrance and gets a great clone. With top price / performance. The bottle is even worlds higher quality than that of Office. A release, which should fully meet the Modern Tast. Have not regretted the purchase and will also prefer it in the future to the Office, because I do not find the price policy of Jeremy good.

La Dolce Vita
I have been looking for a fragrance for the modern gentleman for a long time. I like products with tradition, class and history. Unfortunately, I have found few classics in perfume that I like. I often don't get along with older fragrance DNAs. The Armani Eau pour Homme was a real bargain. Bought it at a 30% discount. The original came out in 1984. Sprayed and immediately I was thrilled with a very fresh, natural lemon. I have smelled so in this quality so far only with Aqua di Parma Colonia. Before my eyes appeared the sun and the sea .....Italy! Shortly after, green notes and lavender followed, developing the fragrance in the masculine direction. In my imagination appears Cary Grant with sunglasses and striped shirt, la Dolce Vita pure. Unfortunately, the pleasure is gone after 2-3 hours. The scent has the staying power of an eau de cologne, less of an eau de toilette as stated. Eau pour Homme fully met my expectations of a classic for the well-groomed gentleman. Classic, timeless, fresh. Rather recommended for the warm season. I am already looking forward to the summer

Patek Philippe of the perfume world
A well-known German perfume Youtuber once called Guerlain the Patek Philippe of the perfume world. I find this comparison very fitting. Both names stand for a long tradition and high craftsmanship. I wore L Ìnstant when it first came on the market in 2004/2005, but now I have rediscovered it and I am thrilled once again. Unfortunately, Guerlain no longer has the old flacon in its range. The old bottle was in a beautiful Art Deco design. It is a great pity for Guerlain that you have discontinued this one. A very unique and impressive men's fragrance. Elegant and very easy to like. A perfect composition. Niche quality! Not without reason is the fragrance so high up in the top rated fragrances at Parfumo. Besides, the fragrance is not too mainstream. In my collection LÌnstant is surprisingly the fragrance for which I have received the most compliments. Unfortunately the durability is not too good. I have seen that there is also an EDP version. I will get this when I have applied the EDT. This will probably not take long. At the moment I wear the scent almost every day with growing enthusiasm

Ahead of its time
I can hardly believe that this fragrance is from 1993. I still think it's up to date. Elegant, fresh in the usual Chanel quality. To me, Platinum Egoiste seems to be the spiritual father of Reflection Man and Prada L Homme. Many modern fragrances are inspired by the masterpiece of Jaques Polge. You can wear this fragrance very well as a signature. Fits to all occasions, also very well in the office. The durability is not too good, but you often have that with fresh scents. Some call Platinum Egoiste the commercial brother of the original Egoiste from 1990, but the commercial success speaks for itself. For me, Platinum Egoiste is the rediscovery of the year 2020
