Dior Homme Reformulated
So it's really hard to keep track with Dior. So I'm trying to give you a little overview.
The Dior Homme line was launched in 2005. The perfumer is Olivier Polge. The son of the legendary Jaques Polge. His father was Chanel's head perfumer for decades. Olivier had to earn his money at other brands before he took over his father's job at Chanel a few years ago. In my opinion, Olivier has created a real masterpiece with the Dior Homme line. In the world of design, the fragrance Iris was underrepresented until now and here it has now been artfully staged. I love Iris. I find by far the most elegant fragrance in men's fragrances. In 2011 Dior Homme was reworked by Francois Demachy, but kept the characteristic iris note. Then, at the beginning of this year, the absolute superstardom. Dior reworked the fragrance again, but in a completely new way. The new Dior Homme has absolutely nothing to do with its predecessor. What's the point of Dior? What customer should understand that? I don't want to comment on the quality of the latest version. Simply disappointing. Fortunately the 2011 version is still available online directly from Dior, now under the name Dior Homme Original. A reformulated version of Dior Homme Intense and Dior Homme Perfume is also still available. So if you want to buy the original character, you should go for the Intens version or the two versions that are only available online. Here you really get the quality of a niche fragrance at a designer's price.
However, the marketing of Dior is a disaster and actually not worthy of such a venerable Parisian luxury house. I wear Dior Homme Original in my everyday life and I like to wear Dior Homme perfume on special occasions. Both great classics

Bought blind out of curiosity.
Actually, I like to check in on Jeremy Fragrance every now and then. Lately I find his content quite appealing again and somehow he is a nice guy. Edgy and not as adapted as many other influencers.

His scents were too expensive for me so far, but then Jeremy has once again knocked out a bundle 2 for 1 for an hour. So I ordered the Office for man twice. It was 80,- per bottle. Jeremy has of course set the expectations for his fragrances extremely high, so after the first test on my skin Office had a hard time to meet them. A fresh scent with a distinct ambrox note. Reminds me of Dior Sauvage. My wife was also disappointed: " you have better perfumes there". But after a while I noticed the quality of the fragrance. The Sillage is very distinctive and woody. I find the durability extremely good. Despite the first disappointment, I caught myself again and again in the next few days as I took the office fragrance in the morning. It got better every day. I also think that the scent is definitely not a Sauvage copy. It is simply a very modern men's scent and also independent. A fresh crowdpleaser, which definitely convinces with high quality ingredients (as far as I can judge). I really like Office and I will probably wear it often when I go to the office. Actually I wanted to sell the second bottle. But maybe I will think about it again?

A summer evening in Tuscany
It's nice that such masterpieces are still being created in the modern world of perfume. To describe it in the words of Harry Styles:
"Tastes like strawberries
on a summer evening
and it sounds just like a song"
The fragrance smells like a summer evening in Italy. Italy lifestyle pure. Very elegant. A modern interpretation of a fresh Eau de Cologne in the Italian way. Morillas and Demachy know their craft. Very good value for money. Age group 30+.
" I want more berries
and that summer feeling"

Long live the '90s
I simply have an enormous emotional connection to Fahrenheit. The fragrance has accompanied me through my wild time in the 90s. Even though the fragrance was more common back then, it was always a statement and not mainstream. I would like to see more courage from designers today, because that's the only way to bring such unique fragrances to the market.

I think Fahrenheit is a deep scent with a woody, leathery opening that gets fresher as it progresses. The performance is top. I still love the scent. In fact I still get compliments. I like to wear it when I go out. In the office I would recommend something more discreet. You don't smell Fahrenheit as often these days. The smell is still a statement! I hope Fahrenheit doesn't fall victim to Dior's "reformation mania"!
