The fragrance is a typical escada fragrance, just sweet and fruity. However, something warmer vanilla and sweeter. So right to the name and the fragrance description it does not correspond in my opinion. Nevertheless, it is a nice sweet and fruity fragrance. Price is also top and the bottle is super sweet

My boyfriend has been wearing this scent for a while now and it's perfect for all the uncomplicated daytime activities. He has already received some compliments on the fragrance, most of course from me :D
I love this fragrance. What's the best way to describe it. The scent is fresh and light, it smells like a nice, high quality and fresh men's shower gel. It doesn't smell too overbearing, not too engaging and most importantly it doesn't smell like attention seeking. I don't know if you know what I mean, but when I smell acqua die gio, I immediately think of an obnoxious personality who is slightly egotistical and likes to be the center of attention.
And this is love, to me, is the opposite.
It develops a bit woodier after the very fresh opening, still fresh and still masculine.
To me, at no point does the fragrance smell musty or unpleasant. He is simply composed, but for that you are also surprised by no funny scent. He smells fresh, masculine and slightly woody from start to finish.
Sillage is not outstanding, which I personally find good. You smell the scent just when you are close to the person and hug them, but it does not suffocate the whole room.
The durability is outstanding for the price range I smell the scent unlied still the next day on the skin. The certainly holds 10 hours +.
All in all, an incredible fresh and masculine fragrance. The price is mega and for me therefore definitely a blind purchase candidate.
The only negative for me is the bottle, which I find ugly and cheap but what the hell. The fragrance you smell all day and the bottle you see for 30 sec

I bought the fragrance for my friend blind, which I would rather not have done. The fragrance itself I find very nice, he smells at first smell of saffron or for me simply after something spicy, dark and slightly musty. The scent is very masculine, oriental, spicy and somewhat leathery. You can't compare the scent to oud wood but as a differentiation, oud wood is much woodier and a bit fresher. Oud royal is very dry and smells kind of heavy though, and here we come to the very very biggest minus point: this scent has a worse sillage and longevity than some 40€ citrus scents. At a distance you can perceive the scent of all at most for half an hour, then I smell the only if I really smell the skin. The durability on the skin is also rather below average so about 5 hours. So my conclusion: the fragrance is beautifully made, develops on the skin warm, spicy and very masculine. However, the durability is just subterranean for a fragrance in this price range. Thus, for me, the only thing that makes this fragrance special and high quality, the beautiful bottle
