100% Tangerine
The scent keeps what it promises. It really smells as if you had peeled a tangerine.

The sweetness of the fruit holds a nice interplay with bitter substances of the peel. Very natural and authentically held. In the drydown comes more and more tanginess from the currant to it and the fragrance gains even more interest for me. Smelling purely of tangerine is indeed top craftsmanship, but I would then find too uninteresting to wear. For spring or summer a wonderful fruity, loud fragrance. In addition, priced really fair :)

For comparison: initially, the fragrance reminded me of Musk Therapy by Initio, which opens with a very sweet mandarin, but is less tangy and becomes more and more creamy and creamy. Very classy as a result, but much less fruity in the drydown. Also a great mandarin fragrance on musk basis but rather what for summer evenings.

The sillage is neat, the is perceived in the environment. Durability to this for a fruity fragrance also relatively good and even after more than 5h still well perceptible.

If you like to smell a really tangy, authentic tangerine (not as in most designers or Date for men, for example) you should test the fragrance!

Creamy mandarin
Musk Therapy...actually for me first rather Mandarino Therapy. On a fresh fruity Initio fragrance I was looking forward to very much :)

The top note opens with a sweet, fruity mandarin that reminded me in the first moment of Mandarino by Laboratorio Olfattivo. The mandarin has a certain effervescence from the currant, but steps in the drydown significantly further into the background. The fragrance becomes more and more creamy and creamy, where this for me just extremely soft&good smelling is almost a certain signature of Initio, which I remembered for example with Rehab.

By the creaminess is Musk Therapy a noble fragrance that certainly works well on summer evenings. For hot days, however, too little fruit for me.

In Mandarino by Laboratorio Olfattivo, the focus is on the whole tangerine, so you smell the whole tangerine much stronger, including bitter substances of the peel, which provide a nice interplay with the sweet fruit. The whole thing is very naturally packed in there, as if you're peeling a tangerine, and gets even more exciting in the drydown with increasing currant. For the summer, this is the much fruitier, louder and tangier mandarin with more sillage, even more significantly more pleasant in price...
So during the day Mandarino, evening Musk therapy ;)

Who can start with mandarin in the remotest what and I do not mean the rather repulsive variants in some designer fragrance or Date for men, which should test both fragrances times! Sillage and durability in both for fruity fragrances amazingly good!

Peach in rum, embedded in tobacco and vanilla :)
Triumph of Bacchus has me like the previous speakers very quickly overrun!
Sweet and spicy is right up my alley, so I like the Herod, Oajan, Side Effect, Arabesque and Golden Powder track. Arabesque is my favorite of these so far.

The alcoholic peach is initially very tangy fruity and the rum note comes through strongly at the same time. The whole thing embedded in tobacco and rounded off with vanilla gives a really nice spice! The fragrance smells very pleasant and harmonizes well. Overall, not as overly sweet as, for example, Initio Side Effect. All around a fine oriental fragrance that is generally pleasing and easy to wear. By the spice and sweetness rather in winter / autumn to see. Durability quite long, I smell even after 8h still...

In fact, I had to order the fragrance after the sample also promptly :)
Positively surprised I was by Argos itself, on the request to receive a sample of another fragrance they sent me not only samples of all their fragrances with, but also a travel atomizer. The packaging was beautifully designed, several little letters with wax seals and a coupon code for the next order right there. Very ornate and fitting for the opulent name and scent :)
The bottle is also appropriately designed, stands very nicely. Dead weight sufficient to beat down the next burglar, similar to the lids of Parfums de Marly :)

Should have smelled times, if you can start with the initially mentioned fragrances what!

Oriental Prince, best of 2020
I like the spicy sweet category á la Herod, Oajan, Spicebomb extreme, Initio Side Effect, Naxos the best. Arabesque is for me the crowning glory of it!
Herod was my favorite so far, because Side Effect was a bit too sweet. Arabesque is again a corner more oriental and in the sweetness between the two.

In the end, the plum dominates for me, embedded in a fine spice and sweetly packed. The cinnamon&tobacco blend is probably what always grabs me about spicy sweet scents. Longevity and sillage are very good. In the circle of friends Arabesque was also clearly the favorite among many tested fragrances.

The bottle fits, because you smell quasi a day like an oriental prince. Therefore, also less what for every day, but rather occasions. Except of course...
The packaging with the old map on the inside and the sea routes out of Venice is very nicely done :)

Can give a strong test recommendation if you even remotely like one of the scents mentioned at the beginning!

Category Layton with peach
The fragrance comes at the first moment determined very well with most. Category Layton, here with a neat peach note. The two fragrances do not smell the same, it is rather the scent direction (fresh / fruity / sweet with light spice....) and younger target group that is similar. Date fragrance, spring, compliments etc etc..

Top note very fresh at the beginning and then the sweet peach takes over. Everything very drumherum very soft and round composed. Super coherent!
Problem is for me personally is after a few hours the somewhat increasing synthetic, which triggers associations with one of my shampoos, which is not a quality criterion...it goes to me there as with YSL Y, initially top but it swings in headaches and dislike the longer I smell it.

Would still recommend the fragrance to give a chance, because the perception is yes individually different and not everyone is bothered by some notes. Durability & Sillage are also super. The fragrance will certainly find many lovers!
