Leather and soap
Epic Man reminds me of the interior of a new car with leather seats. Or maybe a leather biker jacket. This gives it a manly touch.
In the dry down it gets more soapy, which I don't particularly like. Too much soap gives me an old fashioned, older gentleman vibe. That is not somthing I tend to wear.
I have the non-magnetic cap version which has decent sillage and longevity.

So, not bad, but not my favourite fragance.

Multi facetted
Beloved Man is the only fragrance I ever bought, then sold, bought again, then sold again. And then bought it for the 3rd time. I now just keep it. :)
The fragrance has some I like, but then again something I don't (hence the sales). I think it is a complex and multi facetted fragrance. In the beginning it is quite dry, light and a bit sweet. Maybe a bit like Givenchy's Pi in terms of character. Quality is much better though, and I especially like the first 10 mins after hacving applied.
After let's say an hour, it goes in another direction and becomes more charismatic. It reminds me of middle eastern men (!). Actually I appreciate the turnaround of the fragrance, but I am still not sure it it fully suits ME.
Then again, I won't sell my 3rd bottle! :)

Elegant, timeless
Amouage Dia Man isn't a beast mode fragrance like some of the other ones from the house (Interlude, Journey). Also it is not as eccentric or pronounced as some of the others (Sunshine, Fate, Myths).
Dia is pretty tamed and safe, but in an elegant way. It comes to me as a classic fragrance but still has some originality. Main notes are vetiver, incense. It is a bit creamy and it has an arabic/middle East kind of feel.
I like it a lot, even bought a back up, but I notice I don't wear it that often. Maybe I tend to pick fragrances that are a bit more youthful.

Still I give it an

Spicy sauna
Amouage Journey Man is a bold, thick, spicy blend. It reminds me of a sauna! To me the pepper, insense, tobacco and cypriol stand out the most. The quality and longevity are both superb. I especially like the middle notes, which give off an almost creamy effect.
The dry down comes off a bit sour on my skin, which spoils the overall effect.

Serious citrus
Mark Birley for men is a citrus based fragrance. It comes to me as rather mature (as opposed to playful), dry, dusty, dirty and bitter. There is this sharp smell that you get when squeezing the skin of mandarin.
Overall this fragrance is quite unique, as I don't know anything similar.
To be used for formal occasions. I quite like it, but find it a tad bit boring as well.
