La vie est belle
Since I smelled Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait de Parfum and bought it in the end, it is much more likely that there is a God... On the other hand, I have to be careful that I don't get into unemployment, because I sniff my wrist for whole days and don't get to anything else anymore.
It's just perfect from the first moment to the last. It's stuck to me like a sow. Loosely up to 12 hours I spray something similar to the protagonist in the final scene of "Perfume"... Okay - nobody has undressed (yet).
But I'm waiting for it. It can't take much longer... ;-)

What the F***
It's the year 1984 - no future!

Scene 1: At the end of a pool party...it's dark...coked-up models lie in their tight evening dress spread around what happened. Pink inflatable Flamingo Pool Islands - anywhere. The biting smell of plastic robs you of all your senses. You're feeling exhausted. Burning car wrecks out on the streets... we're still fine. Still! The drug cocktail 12 hours ago is now drawing its dark side. You're about to throw up - you're blurry. You fight with your body. You need to get out of here now. You keep this up, you'll be dead in six months at the most. Escape - escape to the country. Your skin smells like everything you've experienced. Plasticizer substances in PVC, fire, smoke, drugs, sweat... You're not human anymore - you're part of your sick world.

That's what shot me in the head when I tried FF for the first time. It's cruel to me. So cruel that I wanted to wash it off, but it stuck to me like a part of me. Showers, curd soap, disinfectants... nothing helped. When I think about it today, I smell it... this smell. No one ever touched me again - never was I so shocked. Tom, you've burned yourself in my brain with this

Into the wood!
"I am (Gr)ooooud!"

That's how I felt when I first perfumed Oud Wood.
"Damn, I smell like a forest! A Waaaald! COOL!" Three sprays were enough to build a kind of aura around me that lasted longer than any other fragrance. "That can't be it, can it?! It's been eight hours since I put it on, and I still smell it myself. Okay, the price is high - but apparently fair."

Oud Wood by Tom Ford has something magical and it has done something to me and my immediate environment. I don't know exactly what, but it's something very positive; a feeling you want to have again and again. Is that how drugs feel? I don't know... It warms my heart, my energy is clenching in my chest, I'm wearing some kind of superhero cape around my shoulders. I know, I know... is the boy crazy? Apparently yes! This all happened yesterday on day 1.

This morning I could hardly wait to finally put some of the "good stuff" on again. After the shower and applying the cream, I applied the perfume again. Half an hour later I thought "hmmm... where's the forest now? Hello, Wald? Hello warmth?! Huh, did I do something wrong?!"

None of what happened the day before happened. After 1,5 hours I have even added something...
(Slowly my writing style seems to me to describe an LSD intoxication... ?????????)
But then my immediate colleagues noticed the replenishment - but this time it was "negative". "Wow, somebody's gotten diesel in here." That was the general original sound. Yeah, I smelled it, too - but it smelled like a perfume, not like the Holy Grail. I am confused. It was from the same bottle... Batch A39.

Isn't that right? Should I give my nose a break? Monoculture is never particularly advisable...but after only one day? Help.
