Hacivat against the greedy Englishman
After the name Aventus has been mentioned again and again in previous statements and comments about this fragrance, I would like to contribute my own words and compare the two with each other

--introduction--
Hacivat is a figure of a well-known Turkish shadow play and the fragrance house Nishane (also from Turkey) has chosen this name for one of its most famous fragrances
Hacivat is said to be an educated man who likes to talk pompously, but is far from being free of mistakes. Whether there is a connection to the scent here, everyone must decide for himself ;)

On the other hand, I do not need to say many introductory words about Aventus, as its reputation already precedes it. Aventus is already known as THE pineapple-wood scent and everything similar is often labeled as a cheap clone experiment
I'm just gonna take a little off the top of my head here.

--description of fragrance-
The combination of pineapple and woody notes is of course excellent for both.
I would like to go into the scent process mainly on peculiarities that I have noticed, other perfumers have already described the fragrance in their comments masterfully anyway and their noses are probably much more accurate than mine.

Directly after spraying:
Hacivat starts Beutend more citric than his opponent. Here at Parfumo, pineapple, grapefruit and bergamot are given as top notes, for me this creates the fragrance illusion of mandarin. For me, Aventus is mainly about pineapple and apple, with pineapple being much more dominant. This makes it seem much warmer and fruitier to me. Hacivat appears cleaner and more refreshing, properties that make it more attractive for me especially in summer

--Wider scent drain--
As usual, the citric notes say goodbye at some point and the pineapple reappears in the Hacivat. In fact, this is the point (after about an hour) where I think the two are most similar. Together they are now also slowly moving into the slightly woody, but never those central, almost distinctive woody notes that you find in a Terre d'Hermès. Another perfume had pencils on its mind, which I think is a good idea, even more so for Hacivat than for Aventus. The latter still gets a certain spiciness as it goes on, but I'm still not sure if I really miss its counterpart. Hacivat remains true to its main notes here for a longer time.

--Sillage and durability--
Aventus is well known for its ability to almost irradiate everything in its immediate vicinity with its scent, a quality with which Hacivat can surprisingly keep up with, and sometimes even surpass, it. Especially after spraying it on, it projects extremely, I applied it with a single squirt while walking in the park and it accompanied me strongly perceptible for over an hour like a dense air honeycomb. But in the long run it doesn't reach the Aventus completely, it still fires after a few hours, while Hacivat is still well perceptible but not at this extreme level. But durability is far above average for both fragrances.

--effect and use--
For many people, the Aventus is the club fragrance par excellence, precisely because it is striking and widely perceptible.
But that is exactly what bothers me so often about him, I always don't know when to apply him.
There won't be any more clubs this year anyway and for other occasions he is just too pushy for me. Hacivat likes to jump into this gap, he is as I described above simply a ticking refreshing and also, especially after a short while, significantly more reserved. Then you can also simply apply it in your free time or on a cosy evening at home.

But the fragrance more suitable for the club remains for me the Aventus.

--price--
Actually, the price plays a minor role in the evaluation of a perfume, because none of us carries a price tag around with us, which is clearly visible to others and tells how much we paid for this pleasure. A fragrance is judged as it is. Nevertheless, the two are in a price category (200€+) where you should ask yourself if it's worth to leave both of them at your place. Because they are a bit too similar. So if you already have the Aventus at home, or don't like it, you should perhaps be satisfied with a small sample.

--Summary--
Hacivat is a gradiose fragrance and definitely a must try for all Aventus fans. Both are on a very high level, and depending on my mood I prefer one or the other.
Tonight, for me, it would be the Hacivat.
But to say that this is just another clone would be a mistake for me

The finest coconut curry
I love to cook and one of my favourite dishes, which I serve almost every week, is a nice Thai coconut curry.
A great mixture of coconut milk, spices and always with a refreshing piece of lime on top, which can be expressed nicely after serving.
The whole thing results in such a wonderful aroma, my mouth is already watering when I think of it.
Virgin Island Water by Greed awakens exactly this image in my head with every sprayer.

The fragrance starts, as just indicated, with a very refreshing coconut-lime note underlined with a light touch of spice. What reminds me of the spices of my curry will be for many people the hearty rum note, which is also mentioned in other comments here. Fortunately, the scent is not as extremely sweet and sugary as one might expect from such a cocktail-like mixture. The top note of the fragrance is generally one of the best I've ever smelled

As it progresses, the lime says goodbye more and more and makes room for beautifully flowery-creamy notes while the light spice with the coconut remains in the background. Personally, I think it's a pity, because the lime had a nice summery kick, but even so, the fragrance still knows how to please.

Towards the end, the fragrance then shows its weakness, not because it no longer smells good, but because the "bad" durability is noticeable. "Bad" in quotation marks because on the one hand the durability is really not outstanding, but on the other hand it is in my opinion still better than with some other summer candidates. After all, this is a very natural looking summer scent, which almost everyone shares this problem and if not then mostly only thanks to strongly synthetic notes, which fortunately is not the case here. I prefer to spray a fragrance again instead of being satisfied with mediocrity just to be able to get through lunch compulsively.

It's the same with the Sillage, the first hour he projects properly, but when the lime leaves, the Sillage goes with it. If you really want to be noticed, you can and should spray yourself properly (4+ splashes), but then you will get there for a while.

The best time to wear this scent is in the evening, when the sun begins to set and you want to go to the barbecue party at the lake, to the beach bar or to the river meadows with weine/beer in your luggage. In my free time on weekends it also goes, but at work I would find it a little out of place, even in the middle of summer at a pressing 30°. The fragrance is clearly unisex, without any strong male or female tendency.

Conclusion:
For me one of the most beautiful summer scents, for cosy evening occasions even the best.
The fragrance is expensive and certainly not worth the money for everyone, which I can understand.
Nevertheless you should try it out, I personally don't want to miss it anymore.

Well, I'm gonna go make curry.

The shower gel perfection
Top 10 men's fragrances, a rating of 8.6 and lots of enthusiastic comments here on Parfumo, what could go wrong I thought.
Sample Ordered, eagerly awaiting the arrival of this, unpacked and immediately sprayed on.
And then?

Do you know that if you press an open, half-empty bottle of shower gel and immediately a breath of wind with a gentle fragrance blows out of the opening towards you ?
I had the same impression when I first smelled The One for Men.

I had actually hoped for more and somehow I found it boring.
Not because the smell was bad, not at all, but because I had felt it 1000 times in my nose.

But all right, now it's here, and now you're gonna taste it, I figured.
Sprayed again and smelled again.
And yes, I do like him. I can't get that image of shower gel out of my head
Some of you may think to yourself: "so my shower gel doesn't smell like that."
I used AXE shower gels and deodorants when I was a teenager, and I remember them smelling exactly the same, but with less finesse and more synthetics
But just then a thought came to me:

Does this fragrance even smell like shower gel or does shower gel smell like it?

To be honest, I think it's simply because perfumer Oliver Polge has definitely tried to create an almost stereotypically masculine fragrance, one that shouldn't offend anyone and can be worn by anyone. Similar to the scents of a drugstore shower gel.

The result is a good fragrance that for me smells at the beginning mainly of orange and a little bit of basil. It is quite sweet, but still on a bearable level and because of the shower gel association it has something very fresh for me.
If you give the fragrance some time, light tobacco and cedar notes unfold but unfortunately this is also his biggest problem. Before this point is reached, and the base notes can really come into their own, the fragrance is almost faded. Durability and the sillage are unfortunately simply not good !

Because it is hardly ever teasing you can wear it to various occasions and especially the typical male DNA makes it a good date scent candidate, unfortunately in this case secret spraying is required if you want to get away with it all evening.

Short summary :
Good smell with known DNA, bad H+S.
You can definitely try it, the good one is also quite cheap.
Can also understand why many people like him, but with this score I had hoped for more.
