Tommyxxl

A fresh, citrusy and fruity from the house of Carven. It begins very green-citric, especially the grapefruit is noticeable at the beginning. The heart note is clearly dominated by a mint note, followed by smoky wood, which is however rather very, very reserved.

I have now tested the fragrance several times and for a long time, and the top note has always started off very nicely. But with the heart and base note, there are some in the price category, which unfold much more.

Conclusion:
The top note is good. Heart and base note are not mine for the price. Durability and sillage are ok, but also not above average.

The beginning of this fragrance is very pleasant. The top note is slightly sweet, but still reserved and not obtrusive. The heart note becomes slightly smoky (also very pleasant), which then quickly turns into a musty, musty woody note.

I think it's a real pity that the scent has taken such a course on my skin. Because I believe that if the opening had continued as it started, it would have had a lot of potential in the overall picture.

Conclusion:
The start of the fragrance is really very pleasant, but that's all there is to it. The shelf life and the sillage are ok, but also not particularly. Nevertheless it is a pity, because it starts so great.

I've been thinking a long time about writing something on Creed Aventus. There are already a lot of discussions about the fragrance and the batch topic, so I won't go into the batch topic here, because there are already some extra threads ;-)

About the fragrance itself one can only say;
That the top note with beautiful fruit of pineapple and especially the apple comes to the fore.
As soon as the fruit has evaporated, the male patchouli and musk note follows.
The sillage and shelf life are good.

Bottom line
If you're looking for a fragrance that somehow always works or actually fits every situation, then you won't go wrong with Aventus. But depending on your budget, you might want to try other, comparable scents to see if they come into question. If they are directly comparable to Aventus or if they come close to the quality of Aventus, then everybody can or should decide for himself

The fragrance is a very sweet cherry in the top note, followed by a lightly smoky vanilla in the heart note.
I find that the fragrance is very easy to wear in winter or at Christmas.
Whereby it must be said that the fragrance could also be ranked among the "unisex" fragrances, as it also appears slightly feminine. I believe that this is one of the reasons why many women find the fragrance so great.

A great sweet fragrance that is perfect for wintertime. Durability and sillage are good

Unfortunately, I have to say that my first encounter with GIT was not the very best. But I was so looking forward to finally trying this fragrance. But when I first applied it, I thought to myself, how has it all been so far ?

So I waited a few days, then applied it again and let it work its magic on me. And I don't know why, but the second time GIT had a completely different effect on me and fully developed.

At first this fresh breeze of lemon, with light peppermint worked on me (really pleasant and not obtrusive). Afterwards there were pleasant woody notes.

For me the scent fits in many situations. But I think it fits perfectly to a day when it rained before. Then a fresh breeze of wind is best and the sun shines through the leaving rain clouds. On such days, this fragrance fits perfectly into the day.
