Sour Apple Candy
Why are dark, demanding fragrances always rated better than fresh ones? Can't you sometimes appreciate the simple things in life?

The fragrance opens with a dominant green apple note. Playful and tingling, it clearly makes itself noticed. The whole thing is accompanied by a pleasant sweetness. What I already liked about PdM Greeley is continued here.

The aroma is very linear, which is not a bad thing per se. Longevity and sillage more than acceptable. The bottle looks exactly like it smells - bright green.

What I don't quite understand are the many negative reviews - it smells more like a designer, yes, and it might be a bit expensive, but it's up to you. But there is also the price/performance classification.... which, by the way, is worse than Roja Diaghilev or Purple Accento, well....

I think it's a great contrast to many oriental stinkers, because it goes in a completely different direction, which is what makes Xerjoff so interesting for me

THE Amber?
Many praise him to the heavens. Now it is only available in a set with the Star Musk for a whopping 600 bucks. That's quite something. Why are they so expensive? Well, as Herbert Stricker once mentioned in a video - because they can, it's always sold out anyway. Well, where he's right, he's right.

Now for the scent:
Incredibly pleasantly soft amber that keeps you sniffing your hand. In the opening it reminded me a bit of Intense Cafe. Not nearly as synthetic or strong coffee and rose notes but then somehow in the overall picture. In the further course, this initial association evaporates and it goes more into a pleasing vanilla soft amber. Oops! Then suddenly Blue Amber by Montale jumped into my nose. Pleasant and not so brute. Creamy and cuddly.

I would even say that it is not worth the price. I can think of a few other fragrances in the price range that I would rather use, but there's no question that it's good

Intensley? Absolutely? No thanks
As I have tried every flanker out of the line I can say that this one (along with leather) is the best out of the line. To my nose almost no oud. Maybe the slightest bit in the background, smiliar to Boss bottled Oud, but done better. Its more of a creamy gorgeous woody gourmand that has some slight connection to the Intense, however dealing down the sweetness and making it actually wearable.

I really didn't expect it to be this good. To my nose its the most mass appealing whereas being the most creative at the same time. The Oud is for casual evening occasions in the fall in winter and the leather more of a rough and tumble approach to the DNA. Not cloying, just right.

Only criticism would be the cheap cap they used for the Middle Eastern releases, don't ask me why they did that.

Attract attention at all costs or artistic unicum?
S&M in the bottle. Hardly sprayed on, it whips you in the face with immense hardness. Something old-fashioned and animalistic. I sprayed it in the evening and in the morning after my shower I almost panicked because I could still smell it and had to go to the office. Really unique for a Rose Oud but more for cozy evenings at home. Do you know that feeling when you have fragrances that you find somehow interesting (good or bad) but you only wear them at home? This is one of them. The vibe is somewhere between Kouros and Fars with hints of Al-Khat and Arabian King. I'm definitely too introverted for that one. To attract attention at all costs or an artistic unicum?

Honeydew Melon Milkshake
I expected it to be funky, insdustrial, chemical and artificial. However, the fragrance isn't what I expected. As there are no official notes you can find different informations regarding the ingredients, ranging from plastic to gun powder... but how does it smell? Sweet honeydew milkshake garnished with metal shavings and a slightly smokey touch. Creative and quite pleasant tbh, I can't really understand the bad rating. Longevity and sillage as always great - try it, don't be shy
