Scent
Creamy lemon meringue pie
Scent of a creamy lemon meringue pie - what more is there to say?
It has the high Chanel quality and you get the creamy and fresh scent from the first spray. I only get a few notes in the scent: lemon, vanilla and bit "wood" in the base. For a fresh scent it last most of a working day and even a bit longer if I give my shirt/polo a spray. Normally I go 3-4 sprays.
Best time for use, is where I might diviate from the rest. I think this is perfect around late summer / early fall, when the haverst is going on. It is one of the fragrances I use yearround in the office, but with higher use in the spring and early fall. For me, the vanilla makes it's to sweet/creamy for the summer - unless we have a colder day.
I uses it to change it up a bit, when I want a more fresh office scent, high quality and that will last the whole day. To me it's a suplement to my Bleu de Chanel Parfum - I use them in the same type of situations: office and family events, only difference is I prefer Edition Blanche when it gets a bit warmer.

Beautiful tart grapefruit
I'm a BIG fan of fresh citrus fragrances and Pamplelune is one of the best grapefruit scent, if not the best!
It differs from my normal citrus/orange/lime scents I have. Pamplelune is more sharp. It has a very realistic opening and it stays that way on my skin. I only get a sharp grapefruit, maybe with a slight sweetnes later in the scent.
The scent is 9/10 for me, close but no cigar! It's all about the Pamplelune grapefruit and it does deliver, but on my skin it only lasts a few hours (3-6 hours).
Perfect for easy casual wear in the spring/summer, it does need a bit of heat to shine, so best above 20C/70F. I use it when I want a fresh scent that "picks me up" and I know will be gone in a few hours - like for casual shopping trip in the summer or even before heading to the gym. It can be used in the office, but the scent is gone before lunch.

Now, for the price and the quality of the scent, I do think it's worth it.
I would recommend this one over Pomelo Paradis from Atelier Cologne.
That said, you would have to be into citrus fragrances before buying this one, the tart/sharp grapefruit is not for everyone.

Fresh orange peel in a bottle
This is the most realistic orange scent I've encountered. It's super fresh, light enough for a hot summer day and the scent is like sniffing to a freshly half peeled orange - where you get the scent of the orange and the oils in the orange peel.

To me it's all orange, maybe with a tiny bit of "wood" in the base. I get a good 4-8 hours, depending on heat (how much I sweat!).
It's mostly a scent for the spring & summer, even early fall, but I do use it all yearround in the office. It's a super pleasent everyday/casual scent and hard to overspray - I normally go 5-7 sprays with this one - so get a BIG bottle.
The high quality from Hermes and the fresh scent, makes it perfect to use strolling down a small streets in any miditerrian town in the summer or yearround office use.

For me it's a 10/10 bottle, and if you have a small collection and just want one great orange scent, this is the best in my opion. My only regret was not buying it sooner. It was love from the first sniff of the decant I bought, but did not get a bottle until 2 years later and became my most used fragrance from day one.

Light Blue with a twist!
The opening is very "fruity" as in grapefruit and bergamot, besides that I get rosemary and salt (ocean). No coconut, I'm sorry to say. I do understand why people say it has a "suntan-lotion vibe", like the smell 1 hour after you put on the suntan-lotion at the pool/beach. But I more see it as the Light Blue with a citrus twist.

I do love that it's more citrus than the original and the intense version, plus rosemary and salt really makes it a very pleasant scent and easy to wear.
I would use it from late spring to early fall, but summer as the best time. Think it can be used both casual and in the office. Mostly in the daytime for me.

The scent of almost ripe oranges
I can't decribe it better than the previous review by Moritz1988
"This is less a ripe, sweet orange than a slightly greenish, citrus-scented Mediterranean fruit still hanging on the organ tree." This is just so poetic and true.
Tried it 2-3 years ago (sample) and was not completely in love with it, more a like. A few month ago, I came across a good deal and thought why not try it again and bought a bottle.
I've used it a few times and even had to make a decant for a family member (she loved the scent), but the joy of the scent fates to quickly for me. On my skin, it's gone after 2-3 hours maximum.
I do love the opening, but on me it quickly turns to a green orange, slightly bitter.
I have also tested it on one of the "hotter days" (aka. 22 degrees Celsius) and it did does do slightly better, but the scent is still the same.

I could see it working better on somebody else and in warmer climate. But for me, it just does not work, I'm sad to say. To be honest, if the longevity was more than 2-3 hours, it would probably stay in my small collection, for those really warm summer days.
I do think this one is a sample before buying.
