Sometimes I take my time and like to stop in where I can experience scents at my leisure and, if all goes well, enthusiastically take home a new scent. It wasn't supposed to work out that way on this day. The saleswoman kept asking about my preferences and tried to find fragrances exactly like the ones I have in my wardrobe for a long time. It was exasperating. She reached for Xerjoff, Parfum Du Bois, Roja and everything else that had rank and name. Suddenly her boss was standing with us, noting my extraordinary interest and at least rudimentary expertise in niche fragrances. "Are you familiar with Elysium?" "No, not until now" "Then I would like to introduce you to the fragrance herewith" What happened next I had never dreamed of before! With the first perception, the blow hit me and the purchase was sealed. No one was going to take away from me the ultra-awesome bottle with arguably the best fragrance on the planet. Beaming up to both ears I paid the 260,00 EUR and left the shop with my booty. After a few weeks of ownership, however, I would also like to mention that the opening and the associated freshness, reminiscent of the scent of a high-end leather suite in a cool architect's house, quickly fades away. A filling always lies in the 911 Turbo and I enjoy every time anew, the freshness experience.

...but only in winter. Seems heavy but very appropriate for going out in winter. The first moment of perception after application is indescribable. Worth every cent! However, gradually a disturbingly piercing, up to the frontal sinus rising effect presses on the quality, so that I can not call it the best fragrance I have ever had. Less is more? Sometimes I spray till I drop and am happy about compliments. Because they're safe. Must have fragrance!!!

It is cheap and does a good job.
He does what he was bought for
It gives you the feeling of having done everything right
Cheap, reliable and always available.
Can also be bought as a gift without annoying the recipient.
But somehow you don't want to have him again :-/

i bought the scent in the late '90s on the basis of a consultation. What initially appeared to be youthful, fresh and masculine robbed me more and more of the air to breathe. Hugo is one of those fragrances that take the air away from me when he's too intense in the room. I was glad the bottle disappeared from my bathroom again. Meanwhile I even find him disgusting

Drakkar Noir is the fragrance I look forward to as soon as I put it on just before putting on my jacket. He completes me, gives this freshly showered aroma and the day begins. In the first two hours, compliments are not uncommon. Unfortunately, the scent fades quite fast and lets the assumption arise that in its current mixture and new edition it is only a copy of the original of the 80s. Those who have Drakkar Noir in their collection do nothing wrong and show class.
