This creamy freshness...I have to control myself with the fragrance in order not to spray it around me as if I were going crazy. This iris begins so appetisingly with a milky tangerine peel, not a sparkling cooling one, but rather a balsamic citrus note. The unsweet flowers carry me further into a cloud of very elegant and grown-up iris. It's not a teen scent...but otherwise it suits everyone. Sex and age (Ü 18) don't play a role here I think. My base is a slightly smoky, light nutty milk cream with a touch of balsamic tangerine. To kneel down. Fascinating is the peculiar characteristic of Prada's iris to waft relatively close to the body in a cocoon around me. It's not a skin-scent, but doesn't really project either. I rather have the feeling of having stepped into a silk cocoon filled with refreshing steam and having closed the zipper from inside. The durability is unfortunately not too intoxicating on my skin. After 4 hours at the latest, I would like to refill...But it could also be due to my current addiction to this scent...

Floriental embodies for me the mysterious, the brave, the modern...stylish in edgy. For the first time I sprayed the fragrance on the tester some years ago in the very well sorted perfumery Täuschel in Halle, threw it into my leather bag and didn't think about the paper strip until the evening. When I then pulled my mobile phone out of that very same bag, it had a seductive and not at all pleasing scent on it. Like sweet leather that had been in the fire. Or of smoked, lightly fermented plums floating in a bowl of resins...The scent remains truly linear. The sandalwood almost reminds me of oud, or maybe it's the incense. Whatever it is...it's typical CdG for me and makes me feel too restless right now, I like it that much. I bought the scent and from then on I used it daily...so addicted was I to it. I felt more courageous, more beautiful, bigger and more mysterious through him. But at some point I had the feeling to smash my surroundings with this smoky dark cloud. This scent contaminates... in the best way, if you like it. But headachy and droning when it is not your own taste. To me it has become a night and evening scent. When I put it on (mostly timidly and only under my clothes), I wish my whole wardrobe consisted of black Cos dresses, my hair was coiffed into a boxy black bob (actually I'm more ash blond and fuzzy on my head...) and my everyday life would only consist of exhibition openings and absinthe cocktails in the twilight. Definitely not a fragrance I associate with cuddling, kids, family Sunday. For me rather a companion in dark alleys on wild nights...

Skin, skin, slightly sour pear, cereal,...yogurt...skin. This fragrance is as delicate and light as a silk scarf in the wind, that only strokes the skin every now and then. And yet it remains amazingly present. On clothes it also likes to stick up to two days. On the skin it is restrained from the beginning, but with me it is very persistent. It is definitely a skin-scent and I think that's great. On days when I want to feel like myself and not get on anybody's nerves with an eye-catching scent cloud, it is my first choice. And despite its tenderness Ambrette 9 has a high recognition value. As a mother of two small children, such a long-lasting but super-tender perfume is very welcome. Of course, there are the other days when it gets loud and colourful in my fragrance...but for the bright easy days, Ambrette 9 is perfect. Only the price...that hurts. But I think the fragrance has been part of beautiful memories so often that it has to be bought again sometime.
