Viburnam

This scent takes me back in time in a good way. The bergamot is usually a winner with me, but that is not what I am picking up. It is a strong powder blast, long lasting and staying true and constant. Is this called linear? I still like it very much, but wouldn't buy a FB.

The rose came out first and I loved it (and I'm picky about rose scents), then the other florals became apparent. They blended so well I could not say that any one dominated, except possibly the wonderful rose. The cumin and cinnamon balance with the flowers like yin/yang; the incense/smoke aura grounded the whole flower/spice party. This is FBW.

This started out as a juicy, fresh peach. I found it very pleasant and kept sniffing, but then something happened. It seemed to turn "chemical," and then I could smell nothing but fresh paint. Maybe I will give it another try . . .

Bergamot is the common denominator of most fragrances I love, and this one is no exception. But it is not the citrus that captures me as much as the earthy, smoky aura that accompanies the freshness. A possible future purchase; I really like this.

This was Dia on steroids, too much for my taste, and not as compelling. Rich and lush, a heavy long-lasting soap.
