This is all about subdued elegance and refinement. Nothing loud, nothing to upset the balance and harmony in the universe. Youthful and majestic in its own way. Slightly spicy and inviting... It begins as a very well-behaved boy, but then, a few hours later, there is a je ne sais quoi that develops, a tinge of naughtiness that seems to say "Come and... kiss me" (if not more)!

Wonderful spicy scent! Very light and fresh oud, quite woody and green. It reminds me of my childhood and some of the possession inherited from my great-grandmother, who was born in the early 1880-s. For those who enjoy antiques and other-worldly aromas... Elegant and exciting!

This is absolutely unique! An exquisite blend of rich essences that seduces me especially since there isn't anything sweet in it. Something old and something new... Citrus notes and spices in shades of dark green. A gentleman from the countryside wearing tweeds while roaming the woods. Casually elegant. Manly and bold! A beautiful Indian summer or a misty late autumn and early winter morning.

Oud is a rather recent discovery for me, and I simply cannot have enough of it! This one is definitely one of the best. Mesmerising and addictive. Dark elegance, mysterious and seductive. Mature experience, when the years gone by have made one wiser and more daring at the same time. A dark red rose at the button-hole of a silk velvet dinner jacket. Or a burgundy evening gown. Someone who enjoys dressing up for going to the opera or the opening night of a star-studded play. Someone for whom only the best is good enough. And then more...

One of the smoothest perfumes I've experienced so far. Very soft oud, just a soupçon, to use a French turn of phrase, in a floral blend that may bring to mind a dark rose or a similarly dark pansy, plus the sandalwood somewhere in the background. Very elegant and distinguished! Something to wear to a formal occasion, to the opera perhaps, if and when that becomes a possibility again.
