Classy and gentlemanly
This opens with bergamot and pepper that’s quickly followed by carnation and rose.
Then a beautiful oakmoss, which is the defining characteristic of Rogue’s perfumes. There’s a leathery soap and talcum powder notes that give it a very clean impression.
The green tobacco of the name is not the usual sweet, smokiness of a dried tobacco but a great hay-like note.
Finally, a subtle sandalwood and cedar appears.
Longevity is reasonable but not as good as other Rogue fragrances.
A very refined, gentlemanly scent.

A great natural vetiver-dominant scent
This opens with a blend of citrus and fresh ginger. The citruses give it a refreshing opening, the ginger, an unusual choice of spice, adds a distinctive bracing note.
In the middle are both fresh, green Haitian and woody, earthy and smoky Javanese vetiver.
Musk and cedar in the base add longevity and complexity.
There's a lovely transition from one note to the next. The quality of ingredients is excellent.
This is an excellent year-round, office-friendly (but not boring) choice with a twist. Longevity is good.
