I tested this today and I wish I hadn't, this is as generic as they come, boozy, overly sweet and spicy synthetic leather, headache inducing stuff with that sweetness, overdone a thousand times, I can see why people may like it but it is simply not for me.

I can still smell it on me 5 hours after I tested and makes me nauseous, truly horrible stuff.

My wife bought me this fragrance as a gift back in 2014, like most Arabian oud compositions it starts out a little animalic, a little medicinal if you will, but that will be smoothed out quickly within 10 minutes or less with a noticable but delicate floral and woody notes, from there the scent turns completely feminine to my nose, soon after it becomes this creamy musky amber, making for a very warm and cozy drydown.

There are elements of spicyness in there but not so much.

This usually lasts at least 18 hours on my skin, and easily over a week on any cotton fabric, with an aura of silage bigger than life, lol.

As is the case with most oud fragrances this is not blind buy safe, you MUST try it first.

Notes detected by my nose: oud, delicate floral notes(lotus or lily-of-the-valley or maybe even a hint of rose), woody and earthy notes (Vetiver or cedar wood), musk and amber.

All in all, a good release by Arabian Oud that's perfectly suitable for women on cool evenings.

Found this on discount for about $51.00 (original is $160.00) so wasn't a bad deal, If you can get past the first 30-40 minutes, which is quite a harsh note of very spicy saffron(I am quite used to harsh Oriental spicy notes), you will be rewarded with the most beautiful rosy, floral amber you'll have ever smelled, surprisingly the oud note is not very prominent, silage is good for about 2-3 hours which is great, but this will last and last and last, it literally stays for a week on cotton clothes, It's a unisex fragrance but leaning slightly masculine because of the oud note, but this is not for everyone, and it is certainly not blind buy safe, you MUST try it first.

All in all fantastic offering from Arabian Oud.
