If I would call a perfume without aphrodisiacs, then Vendetta pour Homme by Edouard Fléchier anno 1991.
Monsieur Fléchier came straight from Creation Montana d'Homme in 1989, and from it kindled the fire of Vendetta in 1991, coming to rest with Havana in 1996. The affinities are unmistakable. Cinnamon and hot exotic spice runs like a thread through all 3 Parfum Elexire. Truly, they are. Eternal fragrance jewels, like glowing red sunsets on the vibrant horizon.
The name, however, is a misnomer, to equate "blood vengeance" with such sensual beauty, a sacrilege.

I wondered at the EdT at the early end about the leather. Here stands there nothing of, at fragrantica.de however already and that agrees with the true fragrance:
The top notes are basil, bergamot, coriander, green notes, lemon and aldehydes;
The heart notes are cinnamon, vetiver, cedar, geranium, jasmine and patchouli;
The base notes are benzoin resin, oakmoss, ladan resin, leather, amber, tonka bean and musk.

The fragrance is not a rarity!
Can not understand the praise here.
Starts sweetly lovely with bergamot, leather and wood and remains pleasant for a while in the heart note with additional rosemary, patchouli. But then bangs in the base the herbaceous witches' kitchen with oakmoss, tarragon and fern so dominantly in the course, that all heart notes fade away the lovely.
This herbaceous brew on the skin one (s) only want to wipe and because one (s) was not prepared for it, it is all the more difficult to bear.
Where JAGUAR for Men enters into a fine round dance with the herb and also stays with it, there is an extreme cut here. Unfortunately.
I already know this from Arrogance, Basile Uomo, Battistoni Marte and Paco Rabanne p.H., which also all start promisingly and then end in the herb pot.
Seems to me, that's the Fougèreartige what does not get me.
So, who's not so with the Ital. Herbal soup on the skin has and would rather wipe everything with the Schlabberlatz, which should hold here distance.

I have also tested the original 1988, but gee, it is really something for grandpa... (maybe too much oakmoss)!
This new green JAGUAR is one of the few successful reformulations of an 80's cracker.
Today we men are allowed to experience the lovely and purring side of the green JAGUAR and this requires intense devotion (as is the case with Felidae).
The flacon is also like a cut emerald in its reductive production. Held against the light once, most beautiful green ever!
With this JAGUAR, which I'd dug out of a box of old perfume remnants, everything started again at the beginning of 2018 (my love for perfumes and my debut at parfumo.de). Tested all the flankers in known drugstores. Nah, don't bother, there's nothing good about it, the usual cucumber water stuff with JAGUAR on it.
What remains is this totally underrated JAGUAR in green, with class, highest sillage and depth to Tolkien's greenest valley. An emerald in my 80s collection.

I have a vintage miniature, very well preserved and after the test I have to say, somehow reminds me of another fragrance that I can't think of but unfortunately just not.
Unfortunately the top note is rather cheap. Too much sticky sweetsweet.
If you leave the scent strip one night, the big surprise comes in the morning.
Wow, full of the spice bomb in the oriental red twilight of an opium cave.
A crass mixture.
Very nice bottle, in red like the Evergreen XERYUS before in bluish-grey-metallica.
From the fragrance the red one does not come close to the first one.
