A very nive fresh/spicy/flowery fragrance. On my skin the lemon, bay leaf, bergamot, pepper are the most dominant. I can smell vetiver, and some musk too. All this, with beautiful flowers in the background. A really fresh and rather masculine scent for every occasion. Unfortunately there are two negative things I need to mention. It sits close to the skin, and longevity could be better (on my skin). Anyways I can recommend this fragrance for those, who like Lorenzo Villoresi's other creations!

Scent Intense is a like or dislike fragrance. Unisex, but it is definitely not me. Tea note is very dominant, this gives the composition a fresh, warm feel. Tea is underlined by amber and soft floral notes of hibiscus, jasmine, and some patchouli. I think it is a nice warm, fresh tea/amber dominant chypre floral, with refreshing qualities, but not for everyone. I gave my sample to a lady, and she loves it... No blind buy recommended!

Very sharp amalfi lemon opening. Later it softens and gives room to lavender, tonka bean and oud. "laundry detergent" and "nailpolish note" are unfortunately match with my experiences. Not my cup of tea for sure, but that is fine, because Montale has a nice selection of fragrances. They are not afraid to come out with something new. It might be a really great scent on somebody else's skin. No blind purchase recommended!

I am geting into vetiver more and more nowadays, so I decided buying a bottle from Guerlain to see what is their take on that note. Guerlain's Vetiver is a fresh, playful and gentle scent that projects maturity and class. On my skin it smells somewhat sweet (tonka bean and sage guess...), yet remains fresh (bergamot, pepper, lemon) with some tobacco in the background. Might be a little bit dated (but just a little), still very pleasant, and I will be certainly wearing it.

A beautiful blend of sharp notes of Black pepper, clove and mint. Very refreshing, sets my head to a relaxed mood. I feel like walking trough a small garden with spices and green notes. In the drydown I smell sweet amber too. Excellent for warmer weather. Good sillage and longevity. An ultimately masculine scent in my opinion. I really like this!
