This was introduced because it shall not be reproduced in the intersting facts section. technically we would have to always reproduce the text whenever the note appears.

To gain visibility, this text might be reproduced in "interesting facts". BTW, there's a typo in 'natu(a)rally' ;)

Revision of heart notes is not mandatory.
But 'sclarene' is not very enlightening. Who knows what this molecule smells like?
Ambroxan is better known.
