I don't know but you can always ask an independent perfumer like Kerosene or Andy Tauer.

There are many Laboratory suppliers that will sell it to you. I used to buy it for the home from the company that supplied the laboratory I worked in. Nothing removes sharpie from clothing as well as this stuff does.
