Problem with submitting a proposal

I didn't want to open a new topic, but don't know where to write it. I've got some problems while submitting a proposal: I write something in the box "additional information" and it doesn't save. Also I can see, some text I added in the box source didn't save. The same I had with adding a new perfumer while sending a revision - it simply doesn't save.
