precipitation of perfumes?

is it true that a perfume with high leval of natural ingredients tend to precipitate? I meant it will have a layer of dust like particles at the bottom of the bottle?

I have a perfume where this happened after a few years which is not natural perfumery: "Rykiel Homme"
