Perfumista to Perfumer - Rescued Trash
to be fragrance oils, usually noxious imitations of the real thing. Next I gathered together the real but inferior essentials, usually overly diluted. I was going to throw them out, too, when hubby suggested I mix them all and see what happened. So, of course, I did. Here's the result, a quart jar of perfume oil. What does it smell like? Not half bad, actually. I call it my PotLuck Fragrance....

From Environmental Fragrances to Olfactory Furniture
and beauty solutions, a wide range of perfumes and makeup, but also specific formulas for cleaning the home. Out of the 12 Stilos's different flavors, I especially like the following ones: Namasté, Silvae, and Ebané respectively. All of the fragrances are very similar to body scents and are far from the ordinary air fresheners or whatsoever.Namasté - Woody AmberAn olfactory...

The new collection of zara inspired by the molecules
original and risky perfume for what Zara normally takes out.Performance is not bad, although the wake is a little loose, but do not take this data to crack table because it is a preliminary impression of a small sample in the forearm.ZARA C0R4N0L: cardamom, coranol and cedar. This is my favorite by far, it smells like a hallucinate. The output is loaded with cardamom with woody...

Soap Homecoming 7 -- Hubby's Birthday Soap
day I asked my husband if he was enjoying the soap I'd made. (I'd noticed a bar stayed untouched on his bathroom counter.) Quickly he confirmed it felt great on his skin then mumbled something about the smell. Apparently, though he liked it on me, "Scentfan by Appointment" (inspired by Shalimar/Roja's Haute Luxe), wasn't manly enough for him. A revelation. How could I have...

Legal Herb Like Nothing You've Ever Smelled Before
with a heightened sense of smell, I should conceivably have pursued a path to become a perfumer or just a fragrance connoisseur. I used to sniff anything that I could reach from when I was a child. Wistfully, however, it was a road not taken and with a tender sigh, a tear in my eye and the required sniff, I have come to accept my place as a minor consumer, albeit one with...

An Amazing Trip along the way of Weeds and Strains
I bet it is coming from terpene. The scent belongs to the herbaceous family, is light and green. It opens with a blast of zesty notes, so weed here smells like some kind of citrus fruits, rich in limonene. Sooner it yields to green light notes similar to fresh oregano and thyme, yet the citrus, tart, and sour blend is lingering in the background. Earthy is the dry down like rich...

La Ville Lumière versus The Big Apple: A Tally of Two Cities
really agreeably powdery. At the heart comes an avant-garde flower blend of freesia and orris. While the freesia delivers the flowery touch to the scent, the orris root pushes the scent towards a more mellow and powdery facet, yet remaining in the masculine territory. The powderiness is however far away from Dior Homme and ain't no lipstick effect here, yet it is closely...

ZARA forges Rusty Metals: Legend Iron, Dark Copper, and Molten Steel
all in EDP concentration, which looks promising from the performances perspective.Legend IronThe remarkable box is colored in shades of light gray, and it opens like a drawer. Inside there is a transparent bronze-gray bottle of glass with metal cap, whose shape is identical to those ones of the Tag Collection. The scent is overall a woody-spicy, with aromatic,...

A Genius, A Prince and A Soirée in Versailles
I think his work is, smell his new perfumes, see if I could get under Ghraichy's piano, and shake hands with the Saudi prince who has since locked all the other princes up in the Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh for a time. I call it Prince Prison. He has a place in Versailles, too. (No, I'm not really star struck. Somewhere there's a photo of me and Nancy Kissinger vampily lounging near each...

SOAP, FLOWERS, PERFUME, VIOLIN
are smaller and create a denser foam, but Castile has always been considered a stately soap. The added avocado makes this batch good for sensitive skin. This morning I bathed and washed my hair in it. No complaints. It is less outrageously mucilaginous, but will probably last longer than a bar of the wondrous Copra-Olive. No question it's a soap I'd buy were it on sale. The scent survived, in a sedate...

Capriciosity of 'Fume
I put it that °relaxing into° enjoyment of a 'fume is very much like the process of °relaxing into° the recollections whereby we solve the problem of where we have put the thing, whatever it be. Right! Enough of Magick & Mysticism for now! "Thank-God!" I hear you say (if you have read this far - which you probably haven't); and perhaps God hath indeed intervened! Another way of saying this is that...
