Everything has gotten very basic, for lack of a better word, in the last 20 years or so. :cry:Interesting observation! I suspect that this trend is not unrelated to the fact that perfumes are launched much more frequently than in the past. All of the creative energy and care is diffused over in some cases dozens of perfumes, rather than being focused on a single one...It's becoming the same way with writing today, it seems to me: many more people are dashing off texts much more quickly, with little attention to form... :cry:
