...I'm the only one that is really into it, yes. Now my mother wears her signature daily - Coco Mademoiselle, but I've sent her oodles of samples and gotten her to branch out a little. As for me, I'm always branching out. I'm going to try this year though to dial it down a notch or two and enjoy what I've got.I was probably influenced by my mother's mirrored perfume tray when I was a kid. I marveled at those beautiful bottles which seemed like magic potions to me. As soon as I was old enough and allowed to do so, I had perfume. I believe my first one was Helena Rubenstein's Heaven Scent.No one really knows the amount of perfumes I have! A few fragrance friends, and my husband - that's it. If you are wondering, my husband totally encourages my hobby. He benefits from it as well!

...I saw Anchorman 2 on NY Eve. I laughed so hard - it's over the top in a silly/funny way. No cologne gags in this movie. Nothing is PC with Ron Burgundy! Lots of cameo roles towards the end of the movie when they have a 'battle of the news shows' in a park. Hilarious. I needed something to laugh at this year. Tired of these movies about Wall Street. I don't even want to give the directors of them a dime of my money, and I already know how they brought the country to the brink of disaster.

...Cryptic:"Alien" is completely unwearable IMHO. I got a bottle from my husband as a gift, and I spray it out the bathroom window once in a while to make the level go down. :oops:Haha - that is so funny Cryptic! ...I've gotten quite a few compliments on M. Micallef Patchouli and Caron Delire d' Rose. My friend told me the M. Micallef Patch smelled "beautiful". Mostly though the compliments come from Boucheron's Trouble, and Bvlgari Pour Femme.

...There's always Pacifica's Lilac. It's a soliflore, and a very true lilac smell.

...Scents smell so different on everyone. I love the smell of Oud Ispahan, but cannot wear it. On the other hand my husband can rock it and it smells totally different and wonderful on him. Wear what you love!

...Calvin Klein Euphoria EDT - This is a pretty soft and sexy scent. Highly under-rated and is a compliment getter with the touch of champaca in it. Good for the office as it's not heavy handed in the flowers nor is it a sillage monster, but it does linger softly on the skin for hours.Pamela Anderson's Malibu Nights - Champaca, cacao and a titch of salt. The pomegranate in it gives a bit of tartness. I love this perfume a lot. Another under-rated inexpensive scent that's worthy of a test for sure. I wear it year round - reminds me a lot of the beach.24 Gold ScentStory - This is a oud I like because it's light enough not to over power the wonderful amber and vanilla in this little masterpiece. There's a bit of powder in the dry-down, but not so powdery that men would hate it. Definitely unisex. Definitely wonderful.Great price.I have to add Bvlgari Black. Just love this stuff. Such an interesting scent for an amazing price. It smells better on my husband than me. The vanilla and tea really blossom on his warmer skin.
