...About soap.I make soap by cold process for a hobby, and I love the stuff...however...Soap is not needed every time you wash, except on your dirtier and smellier parts. Your skin is much happier leaving a layer of natural oils. Of course, this doesn't count for acne prone skin.Soap that you get from a handcrafted soaper is also easier on your skin because it contains a mild surplus of oil, along with the glycerin that some commercial soapers remove. Don't believe the miracle claims that some people make, but it does get you clean and fresh, gently.

...DECANTShop:Sweet & Gourmands here :)I initially loved the Sweet & Gourmands, along with the aquatics, but those were a phase for me. Some smell really good granted, but my nose still heads for the dry stuff.

...I tend to use the awards for reviews, and use them generously, because we have some great reviews here.As far as the F site goes, I have thumbed down reviews before..not often, and not because I share a conflicting view of a fragrance. Generally the ones that hate a fragrance and talk about the type of person that must like this (in a negative sense). I also hate reviews where someone starts using "text speak" instead of real words. Typos or usage errors do not bother me much; not everyone is an English major. However when the review is two lines and goes something like this: "RU2 OLD FOR CKIN2U...OMG...my BFF AND GF LUVS THIS THS DZE"I do thumb it down.

...Dlane1953:You're right, Greysolon. We have a very civil group here, thank goodness. I am at a loss as to why more folks aren't writing reviews. This site isn't like some fragrance sites, in which insults fly at the drop of a hat, and folks make fun of others.I think it's still fear that the insults will fly. I was intially afraid to review some of the lower end stuff for that reason because I had gotten heat before for liking it, or was ignored after suggesting something cheap and cheery rather than high end designer stuff. It is not like that here. Everyone coexists rather nicely and has something to contribute.
