...I made a short list (before the distraction of Kitten Kong) that included various iceberg, white, and polar themes. I shall proffer this as the first suggestion, mostly because the bottle is white and features a funky zipper! (Also, I thought the Titanic tied in with the ice and the "figure" might be a skating reference that is neatly dealt with by the 'sport ice' bit)."Fashion + Sport Ice" by Estiara.

...I'm pretty certain it's not this (so not your style!): "Azure Blue" by Novae Plus, unless the kitty figure is the titanic size of 'Kitten Kong' in that episode of The Goodies.

...Exactly! It was "Futur" I needed ("Bandit" is just the well known sidekick). When my Futur arrives, this is what I hope to be wearing. Must get busy with the hot glue gun before the postman gets here.....(I would be interested to see what others will be wearing - I want to be stylish but not too conspicuous).

...My mother gave me Fidji as a teen and I wore little else for a decade until it was discontinued in the late 80s/early 90s. It was sold here through Lancome counters along with the Madame Rochas that my mother wore. Such a lovely scent for any and all ages and a particularly classy starter scent. But I am rambling...I shall return with a clue. I need to stockpile a few ideas (in case of unexpected success!).

...I've had an 'aha' moment at last in the perfumes of Guy Laroche. (Guy = bloke, Laroche = the rock.) I'm thinking along the lines of clan (Highland kin) + destiny (fate)= "Clandestine" (in secret). The brother ships are the "Drakkar" frags, the isle is "Fidji" which also happened to be one of my fave perfumes, pre reformulation (the reformulation is a sad, thin disappointment). I think there's a "Horizon" in the mention of skyline and possibly another fragrance reference in the last lines but couldn't reconcile them with a specific scent.

EXILED! The stories from Defected Fragrantican Members
by Triffid | Parfumo Community
...Thanks to a tip off from another Parfumo member, I've just joined a closed FB fragrance group that's based in my country. The best part is sharing information about local events, special deals, shopping sites and also the opportunity for members to exchange samples and such (a big deal here as we're so far away from the rest of the world). It doesn't replace the Parfumo forum for me, rather, it's like being able to have a neighbourhood chat over the back fence as opposed to attending an international conference!

Blind Buys - Are you a risk taker? Best + Worst Experiences
by Triffid | Perfumes & Brands
...I wear the Chanel "Allure Homme Edition Blanche" myself and two of the men in my household are "Gucci Pour Homme II" wearers. I think the majority of us have largely designer scent collections with a handful of niche, vintage or pricier scents. There's no shame in collecting budget or designer frags!

Re: BLIND BUYS- ARE YOU A RISK TAKER? BEST AND WORST EXPERIE
...Fragrance123:Almost 95% of my collections were blind buy. I have several that I don't like, the recent one is Nautica Voyage.Wow, that's a high percentage of blind buy risk so a few duds are to be expected. You can always put those mistakes in the souk for swap/sale, one man's trash is another's treasure etc.So what is the one you're most happy with?

...Many scents are named for New York and this might be one of them. Or maybe it's just a village of foolish goat herders. Created by a man who has also produced an object of unquestioned reverance and devotion, an object of magical potency.

..."Parce Que!" it is (I feel the exclamation mark is integral to the spirit of the name). It's the universal response to all difficult questions. I would like to see the logical flanker "Because Why?".And as for that Capucci dress - you'd be struggling to get behind the wheel in that number, though it's quite moderate when compared to some of his other designs. Perhaps the idea was to stand by the roadside and just admire the guy in the cool car whose colour matched your outfit?

...Nice poster. (I believe Chemical Albie also had a cameo in Breaking Bad)"O de Lancôme" is my conclusion with the defunct siblings being "O de Lancôme Intense" and "O pour Homme". The hesperidic one is "O de L'Orangerie", the blue one "O d'Azur" and the non-naysayer "O Oui!".I get that the 'hat' is the circumflex in the word Lancôme but not sure about the number fifteen reference?

...I think I can help...I was sure that we were referring to 'chemical Albie' aka Alberto Morillas, creator of "Sensi". He has a huge portfolio and I've been struggling to find any of his perfumes that correspond to this fancy new perfume bottle in three strengths.
