...Hi, this community is mainly German and even if smell is not stopped at borders i can understan how it's easier for them to simply manage national deliveries. Good news is power is in the numbers so possibly the larger the population sample the easier is to find someone willing to ship abroad. I'll keep trying myself, as i'm iTA too ;)

...I guess all powdery scents can be considered dry so, starting from here, i believe you may try something like Prada l'homme, PDM Pegasus and Amouage Reflection Man. I love them all very much ;)
