do cheaper scents require more applications?

...Smoking affects your skin, so in the long run I'd imagine it would have some effect.

How to remove perfume?

...You need something that's oil based, as fragrance is also oil based. I remember an old thread on another forum about this subject that had some great solutions but I can't find it anymore.Scrubbing just irritates the skin and won't really remove the scent.

What perfume have you bought recently?

...Last night I put in a casual bid of €25 (without shipping) on a bottle of Annayaké's Undo and this morning I received a response that the bottle would be mine for €30, shipping included. So I actually got it a little cheaper than what I was initially willing to spend. The only other bid was €20 so I was surprised I received a message back that the seller agreed. Considering it's 99% full, I think I made a good deal paying less than half of regular retail. :D

do cheaper scents require more applications?

...In my experience the pricetag means nothing. I know expensive scents that are so incredibly weak and I know very inexpensive scents that are strong beyond belief.

Against ANIMAL TESTING

...The Greek brand Korres does not test on animals, as far as I know.I remember a conversation with somebody about animal testing and she had a list of companies that claimed not to use animal tested ingredients:Ava LuxeBond no. 9The body shopCB I hate perfumeCTPA (Floris London)Comme des garconsFox Paine (L'artisan & Penhaligon's)FM Group (Frederic Malle)IllamasquaIlluminumJuliette has a gunle laboLolita LempickaLUSHPacificaPUIG (Paco Rabanne, Carolina herrera & Prada)Noma TerraSmell BentSanta Maria NovellaTokyoMilkBut I already see The Body Shop (which I remember was a little bit of a scandal some time ago) so I'm not sure whether the others are still animal testing free.

Your favorite classic Eau de Cologne?

...These are absolute favorites, especially the first one. "Colonia Assoluta" and "Dior Homme Cologne (2013)". The Dior is very simple in its composition, I like that. But it doesn't really follow the classic ingredients as it features grapefruit blossom.I also appreciate both "Colonia" and "Mugler Cologne". Though Colonia smells a little bit 'dated'.Then there's one I received a sample of and which I'm not sure whether to buy a bottle or not. It's "Bergamotto Marino".

Vétiver de Frédéric - Frédéric Haldimann

So many great vetivers...

...My favorite would have to be TF's Grey Vetiver. Clean and not as dirty as many of the others mentioned before. But that's what I love about it. It's a very versatile scent.

Valentino Uomo (2014) (Eau de Toilette) - Valentino

Valentino Uomo

...I've tested it twice now and found it a somewhat warmer alternative to Dior Homme. With the addition of hazelnut, which I think compliments the composition well. Since I already own Dior Homme, I felt Valentino Uomo was redundant.
